This is the WORST reservation I have EVER made in my life! As soon as we arrived to the hotel, you could see what it looked like homeless people all around the parking lot and in the front of the building. Upon entering and going to the front desk to check in, we noticed the reeking stench of cigarette smoke ALL OVER! Standing doing check in, a door in the back was open, and you could see this guy dressed in scrappy clothes, showing his ass crack, putting bed covers and sheets into a big washing machine, door wide open! While doing check in we noticed security cameras EVERYWHERE! A guy bleeding from his ear was using the atm while we were debating when to start running!
We still went to see the room hoping for a miracle that, needless to say, didn’t happen.
A piece was missing from the entrance door lock, the lock of the door shared with the next room was loose, missing screws,the whole room reeked of cigarette smoke and there were several burnt marks and holes in the bed spread! Even though it was a “non-smoking” room! We ran out of that place!

They are redoing the floors so is really noisy. The breakfast is only granola bar, coffee or juice. The bed sheets smell and had cigarettes burned, also the shower curtain. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. The only good thing was the pool. The A/C worked great.

Liked the location but don't like staff that doesn't care about there customers helped one person get a room there and we got kicked out as well for staff going through the trash in another room not to mention a blue pill called fentanyl and we stayed anyway only to be kicked out this time.

Sheets were stained, towels had hair in them, the decor is horrible, the pool area seemed clean enough but unsafe being easily accessible to anyone. Need to update your pool with a key access, get better housekeeping standards and get rid of that tacky bedding and curtains. Would never stay here again.

When I checked in my room was dirty didn't look like they cleaned it. I had a smoking room with no ashtray. Suppose to be free breakfast only granola bars. Won't ever stay there again. Plus photo on Google didn't match the hotel very disappointed

Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We should have left, but we were all too exhausted. No breakfast. Only watered down oj and apple juice. Soooooo dirty and I’m pretty sure the pool is only used for tweakera to take a bath in.

No blanket on bed . Ask no blankets! 1 extra pillow only 2 on each bed !bed were great but cold with only sheets front desk at 6:00pm girl was not friendly

This super 8 didn’t even have on the go breakfast. There was coffee, tea and juice. No yogurts, fruits, bars, nothing. I would’ve went someplace else. We had a death in the family so had to cancel and make changes to previous reservations and had to stay in Phoenix near the airport for that night suddenly. It was so dirty, from the outside into the inside. Sticky ground, I didn’t even want to walk on it with socks on, let alone my feet. Needed my shoes even inside the room. Smells like drugs and weed and cigarettes everywhere. Just felt unsafe. Even the locks felt unsafe. Broken down bathrooms and rooms. Just reeked. We have stayed at Super 8’s before And we were in Arizona for almost two weeks and only our Wyndham experiences were terrible. And the beds nearly broke our backs. I was in so much pain the next day. It was an awful experience. Never would stay at this property ever again.

So I have stayed here for about 25 days on and off wating for my new place.
They have over charged me. One of the ladies the runs the front desk is rude. I have spent literally thousands of dollars and they are now not wanting to honor my points that I have earned.
I don't know it seems like they will go out of there way to make the experience worse. You would think it would be the opposite especially with someone who is buying a room so constantly. I still have another two weeks before my new place is ready and I am now looking for a new hotel.
If you can find another place around the same price... Go there.

What can I say really. Property is what it is. You have good hotels and bad hotels... This is a bad hotel.. They over charge. There is no breakfast. Could say a more... But wouldn't change anything. I would not recommend coming here. Most hotels are better than this place. Either the same price or a little bit more expensive 10 to 20 bucks but way way nicer.

Upon check in we were over charged and the front desk staff did not enter our existing reservation details and did not enter our discount, AAA, details so we were not given the discount although she said she applied it and took a copy of our AAA card.
The property was noisy all night long.
The front desk was difficult to deal with regarding their errors.
The security staff was great and watched the parking lot.
The housekeeping lady was delightful and efficient. We appreciated her very much.
We are still following up with the Super 8 by Wynham Mesa/ Gilbert for our overcharge amount. This has not been an easy task to get our over charge in the amount of $138.04.

The place is a dump. Spent almost $300 on the hotel room and they offered a free continental breakfast. Their idea of a continental breakfast was a fruit and nut granola bar and a cup of coffee.

The rooms were dirty, stuff all over floors. Nothing cleaned. Had to buy blankets because the ones in the room were awful. Would never rent there again!

The service was great when checking in. The room was clean and smelled even cleaner. The beds are comfortable. The morning was not good. Housekeeping woke us up at 7:45 am with an unbalanced washer that refused to stop.

It's not a 5-star resort, it's a low price place to stay, and for that it excels. We found that it had all of the basic necessities and it served us well. It was convenient to the places that we needed to be, was clean, and the staff were friendly. What more could one ask for?

Easy access off and on the freeway. The hotel is old and a little rundown however it was pretty clean. Beds were comfortable. There was no breakfast as stated on the Travelocity site. It was nice that we were able to have our dog with us. There's a really nice part within walking distance that we were able to take her to and run her. There's a nice little strip mall with a thrift store and a Dollar tree and a Big 5 in it and a nice quiet subdivision to also walk our dog in.
