Came into town for a quick visit. Didn't get in until after midnight. The hotel was well lit and easy check-in. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Temp in room was great. We like it cold so the AC was used no problem.

Room was dirty, especially the bathroom, housekeeping staff were rude, breakfast was fine, but no variety, beds were comfortable. I was expecting so much more for the price we paid.

This is a decent discount hotel in a very convenient location. Shopping and many dining locations nearby. ,It appears that some updating of the rooms are in progress, but quite behind schedule. The mattresses are worn out and the hall carpeting and air returns are filthy. The breakfast is the same each day, but is attended vigilantly to assure that items don’t run out. If you are young, on a budget and not affected by mattress quality, this is a great choice. For seniors like us with back issues, I would recommend an option you are familiar with to get a good nights sleep.

Oh it was really quite nice overall. Very nice and quiet which I really appreciate when I finally can get away~Maintenance was needed for mold ( real unhealthy)around tub caulking which if not mostly covered by caulking I would have asked for another room. And air duct filters were very dirty but I just rinsed it off and air dried and put back. Slow drain in sink..drippy tub faucet. But I really did enjoy my stay other then that.

BED BUGS!! They were crawling and jumping everywhere didn’t even have to move the sheets because the bed bugs were on top of the pillowcases!!

The staff was amazing especially the night lady when we checked in at 630. She was very busy but always had a smile on her face. We were sad to see the hot tub closed after seeing one in the pictures on expedia which is one of the reasons we booked there

One of the worst experiences at a hotel I have had. Called 14 times with no answer from staff. My room got cancelled after being told we were coming late. Was then double charged for that room. Also the woman who cancel my room was using curse words while being very unhelpful to get me checked back into my room. No customer should ever have the f word thrown around multiple times at check in.

This hotel is near one of the busiest streets in Fargo. Our room faced this street. It was extremely noisy with car and street noise even with the fan and air running constantly.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Pull out couch mattress had pee stains.Breakfast was typical continental pre-cooked food. Large sitting area was enjoyed by our large group. Teenagers enjoyed pool.
