A nice small hotel, clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but very adequate for a stay near the airport. We had a handicapped room which had everything we needed. The breakfast was better than many “free breakfast “ offerings. Hotel has a shuttle. We will definitely choose this hotel again.

The hotel staff went above and beyond throughout our stay. They were very attentive and answered all questions we had. The airport shuttle we took left at 4:05 AM and the staff made sure we had breakfast for the road.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel is well maintained and cared for. It is very apparent that the staff take very good care of the guests and property.
Despite being very close to the airport, I was not awakened by any loud noises. The airport shuttle starts at 4:05 AM and runs every hour through 11:05 PM. Breakfast included coffee, juice, water, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, assorted fruit, toast, and more. There is a small shoooinf area for freshly-made meals, beverages, snacks, and OTC medications and toiletries. Room price was reasonable. 10/10 recommend.

Very nice hotel. Easy pick up at the airport, very attentive desk clerk. Have us several choices for restaurants in area. Also, they had room service. Breakfast was provided and was very good... even had a cheese omelet

The room we had was a Handicapped Room. It was very small but more than adequate. We were only staying one night and catching a fight out mid-morning. The Bed, and Bedding were great. A TV, remote, Refigerator and coffee maker and a safe were all provided. The room was clean and well kept. One of the attractions was a free shuttle to the airport. It was advertised as less than a mile from SFO, however it still took over a half hour to reach the airport as the van serviced 4 other hotels. A small buffet with light breakfast options was also included.

It was a perfect stop off for an early flight as they have a complimentary shuttle service to the airport. The staff were attentive and friendly and the place was well taken care of. Good value as well.

This hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. It is very convenient being located very close to the airport. It was very quiet and was at a very good price. We really liked the breakfast that was included with our stay.

Nice hotel, we've stayed there twice for business.
My only gripe is that my CC info was stolen and used at another hotel in Italy the day after I provided it to this hotel.

We stayed overnight to catch a long-haul flight the next day. This hotel had all the basics covered for a short-term stay, including free breakfast and a free airport shuttle. The surrounding neighborhood is walkable with several restaurants.

Close to SFO. Good parking. I had some medications that required refrigeration and the desk clerk allowed me to leave them with her prior to my check in time, which was nice. However, the road outside was noisy all night long, didn't even get quieter after midnight.

The staff was very friendly. The room small but very modern and very clean. Very easy access to street - not a huge place - and pleasant business neighborhood that felt perfectly safe to us. They have a modest hot breakfast - microwaveable omelets and pancakes and packaged pastries and juice and coffee and fruit and cereal and hot chocolate and juice. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is that their airport shuttle stops picking-up at airport at 11:20 pm and stops delivering to the airport at 11:30 a.m. This is not noted on Hotels.com website where it says "airport shuttle included". We arrived at midnight and left at noon the next day and ended up paying about $60 in uber charges because we missed the shuttles on both ends. We however did return after our trip out of the country from SFO to stay another night and managed to get shuttle both ways and it was a perfectly good shuttle when it was running. We would stay here again if we know our arrival and departure times match their shuttle hours.

The facility is modern, safe, maintained and staffed, the facility is located to major transportation, hubs, and highways, this is my go to hotel in San Francisco and I can recommend it to everyone. You will be pampered.

Tolerable for a quiet 1 night cheap sleep by SFO, but there are other alternative hotels that smell less smoky / full of mildew in the same mile stretch.

The stay was quick but very nice. The front desk attendant was so kind and Polite. There is a complimentary shuttle that took us to the airport in the morning. It arrived right on time and got us there efficiently. Would definitely stay again!

Close to the SFO and parking is easy. The breakfast is very simple and the airport shuttle does NOT run all day.

The room was overall clean, though it needed vacuuming. It was too late at night to request a cleaning, and we had to leave early the next day. We appreciated the continental breakfast. Unfortunately, we had no time to enjoy. Not the hotel's fault!

It would be better if they provided accurate information about the schedule of their airport shuttle immediately after booking, so that I know whether I should wait for the driver or just take an Uber. There was a lot of dust on the lamps in the room, and there was a weird smell. Otherwise, it is okay for one night near SFO.

Good hotel with breakfast. Had to ring for shuttle to pick us up after long flight, when it did nt turn up on time. But they did drop us off at car hire place, which was very helpful

It was clean enough but the condition of the hotel worn. The carpet was frayed, there was obvious patching on the door, messed up grout in the elevator tile, etc. Also the breakfast supplies were frozen omelets and pancakes with a sign to microwave them, two types of bread, a couple cereals, yogurt, and a few packaged pastries. Not great.
