The hotel is comfortable and has a safe location near the airport, which was great for our stay. The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly. The best thing was the very delicious and varied breakfasts. I recommend this property y will to return.

the bed is not so comfortable and very itchy. the sink dont drained i mention to the receptionist when i left. the breakfast is good though and close to the airport.

It's a convenient location. Breakfast is the best I have experienced so far. The wifi needs to be improved. If the bathroom has an exhaust fan that would be excellent!

Great room - organiized in suite style with all convenient amenities a traveler needs away from home. The Manager, Michele was the best part of this hotel. A pity we stayed only one night

Service was very good. Amenties were as expected for a Fairfield Inn and there were multiple dining options within a 5-10 minute walking distance. The only problem was the noise, which prevented me from sleeping (I had just returned on an international flight so the point of the hotel was to enable me to get some sleep before driving home). I was in room 220, which is literally 10-20 feet from the Taco Bell drive-thru lane. You hear the orders constantly throughout the night... "Welcome to Taco Bell. May I take your order?" "Yeah, I'll have 2 quesaritos, one chalpua, a Mexican pizza, and a Coke." The employee then repeats the order and tells the customer to pay at the window. This goes on 24/7, so there's no chance of getting any sleep unless they're able to move you to a room on the north side of the hotel. Other than that, a decent place to stay right on El Camino. I recommend "Wonderful" for Hunan food two blocks away.

The beds and shower were comfortable which are my basic requirements. But the AC unit was old and did not cool the room adequately. The hotel was conveniently located to the Millbrae BART.

The entire facility is rundown and in dire need of upgrades. Everything is old and overused. Dust and dirt in the elevator. Stayed for two nights. No maid service. No clean towel. No one picks up the garage. Breakfast is okay. Very thin door with almost an inch gap at the bottom. Very noisy room. Filthy carpet in the hallway. I am more demanding because the price is not cheap. With taxes, parking, and everything else is close to $200/night but I am getting the quality of a Motel 6, maybe Super8.

The ladies at check in were really nice specially the lady that was at the front desk this morning. She greeted with a smile on her face, that's something you don't see very often. I travel a lot and at some hotels they don't even look at you. I did not know the hotel was next to the Milbrae station, so it was a bit noisy but after 9:30 pm I didn't hear anything.
