I stay there quite a bit, always an enjoyable stay, great employees in front of the desk

Card access didn’t work as they forgot to activate it.
No light bulbs in either if the bedroom lamps
Tv didn’t work until someone came up to change the input then still only got 1 channel until someone came up again to fix it. No hair dryer in room - had to get from front desk

Where do I start our stay was good but the room was filthy pet hair on the floor and furniture no pots and pans we had to go to the front desk and request for them silverware dirty just poor attention to details. When we were packing up to leave there were a couple work trucks backed in to parking spaces backwards and you couldn’t get the cart by you had to go off the curb luckily no vehicle was parked next to the truck!!

I've been staying at this hotel for about 3 months now for work traveling from Green Bay to Minneapolis area extremely clean and nice the staff is great

Presence of noisy baseball teams was unsettling on check-in. However everything settled down and we had a quiet stay.

Our stay was nice but next time I think we will ask not to be in same area as the hotel laundry and maintenance room . We could hear the employees chatting and talking thru out the day .

Facility is updated. Very clean rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Free laundry facilities for guests and free, available parking. Safe area. We enjoyed exploring Eagan and nearby Burnsville. Lots of good restaurants to choose from. We return there without hesitation.

Everything about the property was excellent. The room and lobby itself were clean and stocked up. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the TV was broken, the cups were dirty and we didn’t have anything to wash them. Overall it was a good stay, quiet and we got a good nights sleep.

To be expected when room includes kitchenette, walking down the hallway smells of the strong spices that other guests use.

Room smelled like some kind of cooked food upon check in, but opened the windows and it aired out pretty quick….somewhat has to be expected when you check into a hotel where the rooms have kitchens. Other than that, room was extremely clean, hotel was clean. Southern restaurant across the street was delicious, walked there every night I was staying for dinner. Overall, good stay, I’d definitely stay again

Staff checked us in early even though she had to move some things around to accommodate us. The suite is large and comfortable, though aging, with duct tape holding some of the baseboard in place for example. The small kitchen would be a nice benefit if we werestaying longer.

My family and I stayed here for a short spring break trip. The room worked perfect for us. Plenty of room for 5 of us. The kitchen was great with everything we needed to make meals. Plenty of restaurants near by and easy access to Mall of America.

The Pool area stayed open until midnight, good for those who check's in late and just wanna chill in the Hot Tub or even take a swim.

Excellent room with ample storage. Odd smell that I did not care for in our room. Great pool, hot tub and work out room! Great for pets!

The hotel was very nice but when we arrived for check in there was no one at the desk. I ringed twice with in 20mins. The front desk person came and looked like he was busy checking rooms but then proceeded to question what was our reasoning for staying there. I’m not sure if that was just friendly or protocol for when they feel suspicious of someone.
Over all the room was nice and clean, although the shower looked like it needed to be scrubbed. We were missing some blankets for the pull out but the front desk person took care of it right away.
Great service over all and a place I would stay at again with our family. Price was great!

We were very comfortable here. The two bedroom suite was great for our family of 7. There are washers and dryers available for free, which was a huge bonus as a mom of little kids! We were very happy here.

The location was very convenient for us and there are several common sites near by which also helps. The hotel itself was ok. The room was clean enough and basic. The room door handle didn’t work well so that was always a pain. The elevator also worked about half the time and we did need to get assistance from the front desk. Half of the lights in the parking lot were not working so we’re tried to park in the more well lit area.
Overall it was a functional place to sleep and shower. We’ll probably spend a little more money in the future in this area for a better experience.
