Booked this for work travel since I didnt need to be downtown area. Property looks good from outside but inside shows some wear in elevators and guest areas. Water pressure and heat level in shower was horrible on 5th floor. Breakfast was ok, but clearly missing a metal pan in one of the warming trays. Just eggs, biscuits, sausage links...no gravy or potatoes or other options.
Woman who works the front desk and wears a head wrap was very nice and pleasant every time I saw her. Otherwise it was average at best but for price its not bad. Ive stayed in worse properties for more cost. If you dont need to stay downtown or are flying in and need an airport hotel, this one was good for the cost.

Front desk lady was really nice. Room was clean and in good condition, but thermostat was broken. I was too tired to switch rooms, but it would’ve been nice to adjust the air. Other than that, they have free breakfast in the morning including waffles, fruits, cereal.

Waited about 50 min for shuttle ride from airport. Took 4 phone calls and apparently change of shift happened with staff. Very frustrating start to our stay at what is otherwise a comfortable hotel.

I made my reservation the day-of so that I could get closer to the airport. I saw ratings online and thought this was the best choice - and it WAS. I love the lighting in the room, full size closet, clean and spacious bathroom... microwave and fridge available in room, DESK AND CHAIR with easily accessible power ports. Comfy couch and ottoman as well as REALLY comfy bed. Close to fast food and TV offers HBO channels (but I watched Animal Planet). Able to work into the night and get rest.

I had 2 (two) rooms reserved. When we arrived at the hotel we only had 1 room and the hotel was sold out, due to Taylor Swift being in New Orleans.
The hotel could see that the request had two room but only 1 room was requested by hotels.com

The building smelled so good. The cleaning lady used bleach to clean rooms. The hotel was clean and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was also not bad. The only down side is cause ur so close to the airport, you will hear the planes

It was a good deal for the price. Location is in a light industrial area convenient to the airport. Nothing fancy but I really didn't need a pool. Work out area was small and simple but that's all I needed for a business trip.

Property is beautiful and super clean, staff welcoming and friendly, rooms and beds are more than comfortable… every thing is perfect unless you want to SLEEP. There is a continuous beeping, heard even from the lobby, like from a low battery on a fire alarm, that kept us up all night. We were there for a delayed flight so were already exhausted! When I asked what the insufferable beeping was, management laughed, said it was behind something and no one was small enough to get back and change it, had been beeping forever. If you like or need QUIET to SLEEP, this isn’t your place.
