Overall was good but, as is often the case in New Orleans, I had a roach running around the bathroom when I checked in Friday night. Not cool.

My family and i will NEVER stay at the Holiday inn in kenner on veterans. we stay here because of the location to the airport. We will move our business to comfort inn or At Home both on veterans. our first experience the room was not clean and the towels had stains. This experience, the room has a mild dew smell and their is a constant clicking noise. The room above is had a child running for 2hrs straight. we told the front desk and they completely ignored us. We had to be up for 330am and they stomping and running was still happening at 1030pm. We literally had to go back down to front desk and force them to please help. Never never never again!

Clean enough bed for being stranded at the airport overnight. Staff were friendly, free shuttle to the airport. Overall, hotel is in run down condition and smells.

The bathroom in 315 was not clean with blood on the wall and in the shower. The shower head was broken and unusable. They did move us to another room, but was smaller and didn’t change our price. The new room 309 was in better condition but still dirty around the edges. There was a smell. Dank, as if the linens weren’t fresh.

Whenever we are traveling out of MSY airport we stay here .The hotel provides transportation to and from the airport and allows us to park our car until we return. Great stress releavers.

I stayed Friday to Monday. Friday I told the lady I didn’t want my room raked when she was in the hallway. The next day I left out didn’t put the sign up thong my room would be clean and it was not. I gave them a different charge card to put my incidentals on and they put it on my card I used for the roll causing my card to go over the limit.

Very nice clean room and facilities. Just minutes to the airport. Enjoyed the pool, game room and the ice cream for a late night snack. Highly recommended.

This is the perfect place to stay if you have an early morning flight. The shuttle driver was amazing and accommodating. The hotel was quiet, they had a bar and food options, fast check in and out, and the room had everything I needed. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. Oh and very comfy bed!

Actually, we didn't stay in the room for more than 2 hours thanks to cloudstrike and Delta. BUT their Shuttle service driver was the absolute best! He drove us around several trips to assist us in getting us and our luggage to the airport to handle the rebooking, car rentals, at the airport (multiple trips b/c of the chaos) at Midnight+. We wouldn't have made to Atlanta for our connecting flight in time w/o his help. Vacation saved! Kudos to your staff and your trusty Shuttle driver!

The Holiday Inn was clean and the rooms were the perfect size. They had a pool and an exercise area. The restaurant was clean and the staff was extraordinary. We had James in the PM and he was great and the breakfast staff was organized and very kind. The food was really good too. Lastly the shuttle was just what we needed and even the shuttle staff were friendly and professional. This experience was proof that you could be friendly, kind and professional as well as efficient.

The service at the hotel location has been wonderful. The facility is clean and updated. The staff is professional and responsive. I would like you to commend Ms. Lindsay Hubert on the impeccable service she provided. So had been very helpful. Lindsay has gone above and beyond. She even helped me with a difficult taxi driver that transported me from the airport to the hotel went I arrived. Lindsay’s sense of professionalism, and the care, concern courtesy she has showed make me feel like a very special customer.

My room smelled like mildew and I got sick after I left. The clientele are a bit rowdy and had to call the front desk twice so I could get some sleep before my am flight.

Room needed a few things repaired. Coffee pot was broke and toilet seat needed replaced.

It was amazing, the only issue was the floor of the tub gets VERY slippery when you're showering, but everything else was great!

The hotel was nice, quiet, clean, safe. But what made it a great experience was the staff! Everyone greeted us whenever we walked by the front desk and seemed genuinely kind. Each and every staff member was super kind. The restaurant staff was super friendly and helpful!

I’m tired of paying peoples salaries that don’t value my business. The front desk worker was rude checking us in.Kept saying “uh huh “ to me. Room smelled like mildew. Then, when it was time to check out, I approached the desk, the lady at the front counter didn’t greet me, I had to speak first and tell her that I was checking out. All she said was that Expedia would give me a receipt. Wow. Treated like trash coming and going. Will not ever stay here again. I fumigate my house every month and I always stay here, since it’s close to my home.I usually enjoy my stay. Maybe get some new staff.

I had a great stay. We stayed there for Essence festival. My only complaint was that they didn’t have any fresh towels the next day until after 1pm.

They had a free shuttle to take you to Walmart or the convenience store, so that was good. The thing I didn't like was the room it was musty and the sheets, comforters, and towels were all damp feeling. When I tried to get replacements they just said they were cold. It may have been that way but it felt wet to the skins and very uncomfortable. They said a lot of people complain about it.

Great stay. Close to the airport, and penny of places to eat. Clean and parking is included which is helpful. The beds were very comfortable.
