Good price and location. Free breakfast. Not a fancy breakfast but plenty of good food. Should add cinnamon rolls with raisins on top.

Over all a good place but the first floor rooms near the road were noisy at night and pillows way too hard.

I was made to believe this hotel was close to the airport but was not and that provided transportation , no, had to pay a taxi from and to the airport. The staff was wonderful and the hotel super comfortable and very clean but Hotels . Com led me there when I specifically asked for the above requirement s, I found out too late when I was left at the airport waiting for a shuttle, next time I’ll book directly with the hotels myself, no 3rd parties 😡

They were there to greet us and took our suitcases. Check in was easy and simple. Nice room. Food was very close. Nice staff

Very helpful staff at this hotel. Jave at the front was always available to make sure I had everything I needed. Tasty simple breakfast. Would like to see more local fruit choices. Other than that everything was just fine.
This is the third stay at this hotel and I would stay again.

Cheap sheets on the bed, the lock on door was missing. No aircondicioning. Extremely noisy . Would not recomend

It was a good location to get around by Uber because it was close to everything. The room was good. They charge you $30 for early check in. There were little options for breakfast.

We stayed only 1 night in this hotel during our 7 days Costa Rica visit in Dec 2023. Everything looks great specifically breakfast.

Hotel is well located - it only took 20 minutes to walk to the city centre and is right next to La Sabana Park. The staff were nice and helpful, the room was clean and had most of the essentials (there was no safe), and breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again if in San José.

before there was a bathtub now jist shower and floor level is not good water runs out of shwer area . no minibar either

The property is OK and looks way better in pictures than it is. They were doing some construction work in several areas, and they started super early, and the noise was terrible. I stayed here because there were no other options close on a good note its pretty centric so you can walk to different places specially on concerts on national stadium

Staff enter at midnight in my room when I was sleeping checking if I was at the hotel, THATS A VIOLATION OF MY PRIVACY!

Hotel has a strategic location easy to access and to move around downtown San Jose. Breakfast was included in rate making it a great choice for us. Room was clean and comfortable allowing a good sleep.

Stayed for a quick overnight for an event at the stadium. Quick and easy location to get in and out. Hotel staff was great.
