My partner and I booked this trip so they could enjoy a festival. Our room size was fine for us, the bed was firm but felt nice, the pillows where ok ish. Our room was clean enough. The T.V. did not work at all. We was in the downstairs part. We came back after the first day of the festival and our keys did not work. My partner went to get them fixed and stood around for about twenty minutes they rung the bell on the counter 3 times still waited around and finaly called the front desk, the guy came up from down stairs and sounded like he came from a room and was talking to a friend. Then questiond if my partner called them, they said yes they had been here for 20mins and needs the room keys fixed. He looked at them like they was crazy then fixed the keys. Saterday morning as we was heading out on the town, we asked if that they would picked up the trash and if we could have more towls, the employee kinda huffed and goes im the only one here ill get to it when I can. We said thats fine we are going out for the day and we left. Mind that the trash can was sooooo tiny a food container filled it. For the most part our trip was fine.....but we will not be staying at this super 8 again, and I definitely would not send my partner on their own there to stay.

Room was great had a nice clean room. No problem with a late check in.

Hotel was clean and easy to get in and out of. Breakfast was disappointing

No elevator! No iron and board, no coffee pot in the room. Weak bedding material. Mattresses were horrible!!! Very worn- Customer Service at check in and throughout the stay was good though.

This hotel is awful! Rooms are outdated and dirty. Hair on floor, dirty shower/tub, toothpaste in sink, stained sheets, paper thin doors. Property is just as dirty. Beer bottles and trash all around parking lot. Unlit parking. People living on property, both inside and out, accosted us upon entry of property for money and food. Definitely not safe!

Heavily smelled like cleaner. The door next to mine slammed multiple times. Lights on the parking are were insufficient for a back area parking. Breakfast at 0640 was dark with the offering of a granola bar or danish. Majority of tv stations didn’t work

No REAL BREAKFAST OFFERED/ Constant non-related to business traffic, in parking lot throughout the whole night, possible drug related.

Nasty sheets, bed bugs, roaches, unclean, smells and dangerous things exposed like broken bed rails.

This motel smell bad like weed smell. The air conditioner is very very dirty. Like if we have a place to go we can leave this motel right away but no choice because we came to check in and it was late after 3am and the front desk guy was trying to charge me $50 for the booking fee and I told him that it wasn’t on the booking policies online that I have to pay extra $50 at the front during check in

The hotel was very nice and in a convenient place where i could get something to eat and get fuel. This is the way all hotels should be.

This property smelled like skunk weed both inside and out all of the time. The toilet seat was broken, the floors were sticky. No place at all for dogs to potty except on rocks.

The hotel was fine, but the beds were awful, totally worn out

There was a cockroach in the room, the frontdesk barely spoke any English, one of them was even drunk

We were greeted with racism and disdain, hotel staff cursed us and refused to honor our reservation. Told us to go somewhere else

Nice place to stay

The location was perfect, the room hadn't been clean. The bathtub had hair and bugs and dirt in and around it and the floors wasn't swept or mopped. Papertowels was laying beside refrigerator. The toilet ran all night.

Nothing unique, just average. Internet connection was weak and wouldn't work after a few minutes. The help wasn't very friendly, although the language barrier was part of it. Overall I wouldn't stay there again.
