It was fine for a small town hotel. Needs updates. Was pretty clean considering. The check in was odd. We asked to check in early. I think 1:30. The room was ready but asked us for $25 to do so. But, if we came back at 2:30 it was free to check in early. Sketchy in my opinion. Overall just average hotel.

We traveled to and a half hours to get to Park Rapids. After my husband was in the room for an hour his allergies, get really bad from the spray they use inside every room. He had to take allergy medicine, but then turned around and drove back home because he could not spend any more time there. He opened the window for fresh air, and there was no screen so all the bugs could come in. Turn down the fan in the bathroom and it didn’t work.

Kim and Megan were very helpful and friendly when I called in to add a day to my online reservation. We stayed in a King for the first night and transferred to the King Suite for the rest of our stay. Both rooms were clean and pleasant, the bathrooms were spotless from tub to toilet, tile to towels. In the King Suite we did not get a chance to try out the whirlpool tub, but sure enjoyed having two sinks. The dresser had a broken drawer making half of it unusable. The mini-fridges are bigger than in most hotels, these have an actual freezer compartment on top. We liked the hot and cold breakfast choices and would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean but smelled musty. Otherwise it was a reasonable room for the price. Breakfast was ok, what is typically served in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel was good for the price and area. Would have nice to have a pool or workout room.

Staff was great. Everything was clean. Building is a little dated and the mattresses were a little rough for us. Breakfast options were decent.

Our room had a musty smell and was shocked on our last day to notice no lock on the window and we were on the first floor.

It was very nice and clean, had breakfast and coffee and water all the time.

My room and area smelled like pot all night. In the morning the smell was gone.

It was nice and quite , in town but not in the middle of busy.

My room smelled like pee. My air conditioner didnt get the room cool looked like it was broken.

It was very easy to fine, people at the desk was very friendly. We were on the 1st floor as i had requested, which doesn't happen to often. All around we had a very good stay. We would stay there again.

I didn’t like that the tub didn’t drain quickly.! Mattresses need replacing. I liked the air conditioner.

The room was clean. The shower pressure was great, but the AC made the room so humid the carpet felt damp. It was her to adjust.

The staff was amazing. The room was clean, inviting and very quiet especially at night.

Very clean. Areas that could improve include better pillows, less noisy bathroom fan, and prompt refill of hot items for breakfast.

A blanket in the room might have been nice; we were cold one night. There was no hot water on Sunday AM. There were also a group of people that came in about 1 AM Saturday night laughing, screaming, talking very loud. And, while I didn't blame the hotel, I'm amazed at how rude others can be for those that might have been sleeping at that time.
