Decorated for Christmas, had necessities

There were Asian beetles everywhere in the room. My kids were super excited to play in the pool but there was a party or something there and they took over the whole pool and all the observation tables in the pool area. My kids couldn’t enjoy the pool, which is what they were excited about. There were marks on the comforter (as in: dirty) and the carpet was visibly dirty with white spots. We also only got one working key, the other keys given to us were duds and did not work. We were reissued keys and those did not work either

Didn't eat there things had to be heated up in microwave I just went to get coffee

The beds were nice, and clean. The staff was friendly.

Hot tub desparately needed cleaning, hair and other things floating around. The air filter in the AC unit was filthy, mold in the bathroom. Carpet felt damp.

I liked that there was a pool, unfortuanately i did not get a chance to use it. The breakfast was okay, i wish there was more variety.

Peeping tom on my last day. Check out was at 11 and at around 10-10:15, Staff was already trying to open my room after keeping it locked. If its locked from top and bottom then someone is clearly still in there. I did not like that and preferred to leave because I did not know what to expect after that. It was the maintenance guy and he was just a creep.

The ice machine never worked the whole time we were there. The entire exterior was under re novation all windows were covered with plastic. There was no daily room service 😒 I feel for $220 /nite we should have been given a heads up...and the pool area had no ventilation. The hot tub was gross and didn't work....gave my grandson a skin rash. I have traveled all over and will never use booking. Com again. Not happy 😒 C300
