Ok but l have in better

Could be cleaner and therecwas no elevator

Okay for one night of just passing through town. Window in room was broken and covered up with cardboard or heavy plastic. Front desk was very nice, but was surprised there was no elevator, so if you have a problem with stairs be sure to ask for 1st floor when making the reservation.

There was black stuff by the air conditioner that looked like black mold and on the curtains. The bathroom was so dirty I didn't even want to take a shower. My sheets had stains on them and it was almost disgusting to sleep in the bed. There was no clinics in the room. There was no coffee in the room. There was a coffee machine but no packages of coffee to make. I went to the front desk, asked them for some and she gave me empty cops and that was it. Breakfast was disappointing. There was a foul smell in the room almost unbearable.

Property was very rundown and not well maintained. There was a fly strip in the entry. The hallway and room was dirty. The towels were all stained. Needs a major refresh and cleaning. The staff was very pleasant, so that was one good point.

It us clean, tge area is somewhat depressed, tge towels in the room are second-rate, was unable to get Wyndum credit because I didn’t tell her at check-in…tho went to the desk 1 hour later. Prob not usual for a Super 8; friendly staff.

No one was available to offer any type of assistance with the breakfast so for that reason I given it 2 stars

Nice clean hotel room. Very comfortable beds. Excellent quality for the price.

Property requires up dates and the seemed to a lot of short term repairs attempted ,properly run down.

The only complaint that I had about the room was behind the bathroom door looks like it hasn't been swept in awhile. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

When we went to our room the tiling on the shower wall and floor and black stains( mold?). My wife has asthma and we went to a different hotel.

Check in was quick & lady was courteous, it was a bed to sleep in, and there was a lot of food choices and shopping in close vicinity, but the positives kinda stop there. Stained carpets in room & halls. Dust on most surfaces and uncleaned coffee spill/stain on the tray & countertop. Dust & dirt in all corners of the room & bathroom. Plastic cup cover behind the table. Toilet seat looked stained but when I used my own wipes, it came off. Brownish red smears on bathroom trash can. Hair on shower walls, soap tray & around tub drain (thank goodness I pack slides to shower in when traveling). 3 empty mini bottles of Fireball under one of the mattresses (left there for future visitors to find).

Easy access to the highway

My son was kicked out of his house for difficult circumstances and super eight stepped up to the plate to help out when we needed it to deal with me when I’m not even in the same state really appreciate everything they have done for my son

We were so uncomfortable with the cleanliness and the smell that we didn’t even spend the night. We left at 9:30pm and drove 1 1/2 hours home

I slept so good that night. I worked at a mattress company for years and I would definitely stay here again

Room was fine other that an unusual smell in room. Breakfast was pretty sparae, had a pancake machine that intermittently made pancakes.

Room was dirty, shower handle was broke shower curtain did not fit so water would come out of the shower on the floor

Rooms were very nice and beds were very comfortable! Front desk employees we’re very friendly and kind. Had a conversation with one of the front desk employees, who asked my opinion about what they could do to improve the grounds, which was a 1st!! Overall very nice and impressed by how they are diligently working to improve!

The place could have been cleaner. Floor hadnt been vacuumed recently and the stairways were dirty. Back door does not latch so physically had to be shut. Could not make check in on Wednesday morning but called them but they still would not refund or credit my charge card for the night. So with the money that I had to pay that night hire some one who knows how to vacuum.

Bedding had stains on the top blanket and top sheets. Room smelled bad. Left towels and bedding on floor so they would change them and no one came in so i had to put back on bed and use a 2nd night.

Cleaning

This was the second time I stayed here. I'm not a picky person, but the room could certainly have been cleaner. Urine dribbles on the toilet, and cakes of dust on the dresser.

We checked into this hotel and promptly left. This hotel is filthy and does not follow any type of cleaning guidelines regarding covid-19. Upon opening our room door we were met with a musty/dirty/food odor that made me want to vomit. The bedding had stains and in general the room was unclean. I attempted to cancel our booking through the hotel but was told that since our reservation was made through a third party (hotels.com) we should contact them. I then went back to the room and contact hotels.com. i reached out to customer service and as i was holding I paced the room only to find: Dried urine on the toilet, blood (or another substance) on the bathroom door, fingernail clippings on the carpet, something sticky on the telephone, food (some type of melon/squash seed) on the walls and floor, and FILTH on the light switches, along with mold on the curtains and heat/ac unit. See photos. Hotels.com was very helpful in my initial call where it was agreed that i would receive a refund and was told it would be 5-7 business days. It has been 26 business days and no refund. I have spent nearly 3 hours of my time trying to get my refund. I am very frustrated. Do not stay at this hotel!

Continental breakfast was minimal for me. First day no pancakes. Had a few bananas and oranges. They had cinnamon rolls, Apple cinnamon danishes, and cinnamon oatmeal all good if you like cinnamon. I do not.

Overall stay was nice

The staff, breakfast and the room was clean with enough towels.

Had a very nice experience

The bathroom was nice and clean. But the dust bunnies were very obvious under the refrigerator and also along the mop boards behind beds. It looked like fur growing on the mop boards and no cleaning crevis took has been used for a long

Dirty, dust Dirty bed

Overall a good stay. Only concern is that the continental breakfast didn’t have anything to drink except coffee & tea. I don’t drink that so had to provide my own water. I’ve stayed in several Super 8’s and they usually provide a selection of juice.
