Never again. This place was as seedy as it gets. Checked into our room and it smelled horrible like cigarettes. So bad I went back to the desk and switched rooms. Second room didn’t smell like cigarettes and seemed cleaner but there was no ice bucket liner and the tissue dispenser was empty. One of the two keys didn’t work. The parking lot was covered in garbage and where we had to park behind the hotel had homeless and obviously drug addicts hanging out. Looked like crack central. The evening was horrible as there were cars with load rap music blaring outside and people talking and yelling and then the motorcycles started to rev there engines up and down at 2:00 in the morning. Did not feel safe with my wife and son here at all but we just stayed locked in our room until we left early the next morning. The room was non refundable and we checked in later so decided to just ride it out. Beware of this place at all costs.

The hotel room was verry dirty. Had dirty towels on the bathroom floor and was not cleaned at all.

Had outside people coming in building and knocking on my door 4 times thruout the night! Felt unsafe. No phone to call office, no phone number to call the office any way?? Almost had to call 911. My guess is that they wanted something illegal.

Room was small but very clean and I found. No issues enjoying a good night of sleep. Street can be noisy I imagine if you are on the street but I was back offthe street so very good.

There was no security measures in the room beyond a deadbolt. The usual hydraulic bar was gone, and there was no bar latch across the door. The parking in the back often had a bunch of people just sitting in their cars smoking. Our room door handle also was barely functional

The hotel clerk Jamie was great, super helpful. The room unfortunately was dirty. The floor was not mopped, there was hair in the towels, the towels stained, the bed sheets and blanket was covered in stains. The hallway smelled like old cigarette smoke, thankfully our room didn’t. We wouldn’t stay here again, the whole hotel needs a renovation and good clean.

My door wouldn't latch properly. Lots of questionable people in and around the building.

The staff was friendly. Door handle was broken and called down to get it fixed. It never did get fixed. Breakfast was very limited. There were some shady looking characters in the area. Wasn’t a terrible experience. A few tweaks and it would’ve made a huge difference

Once again, you get what you pay for. Linens were clean. Room smelled like pot. There were crackpot burn stains on floor and tub. The toilet had, lets say, fluids left behind from precious guests dried on the seat and back of lid. Floors were damaged and trip hazard from lifted floor planks. Didnt even want to sit my luggage on the chair.

No one was there to check me in, the key didn’t work, the tv was broken, the room was hot and A/C was off. Just terrible all around.

The place was alright, just wish they cleaned our hotel service.

No one at the front desk - we waited for an hour. It is now 9 PM. We will need to find another hotel. I have never seen this before- I need to have a refund through Expedia.

The Breakfast is not same as shows in their website and it was not good for me .

First, they put me on someone else’s room open the door to a surprise that there was people on the room. Secondly, I gotta open the microwave to warm up my coffee the next morning and there’s a dinner in the microwave with mold and mildew on it Need I say more

Dogs barking non stop all night! You open your window and there is what looks like meth house with dogs barking non stop! The people next door kept screaming and fighting since 5am! The shower was disgusting!! Will definitely not be going here again unsafe dirty and noisy!!

The place was filthy EVERYWHERE we got to our room and there was a stick securing the sliding window. Every surface we looked at was filthy, the room next door ( the door was open) looked like someone was lici g there full time. We asked the front desk attendant if she felt safe she said NO!!

The employees were super nice and accommodating. Plenty of parking and it wa very clwzn.

A bar right behind the hotel and music and automobiles were loud at all hours. But the bed was great!

While the stay at the hotel, there was a shooting outside our room. Scary!! Will not stay here again. One side has nice condos and the other side has a dumpy ghetto trailer park with a bar that played music until 2am. Didn’t feel comfortable to allow anyone to walk to the car by themselves.

The bathroom and blankets were dirty i had to leave n get another hotel. I called them n they wouldnt give me a refund. Horrible

Was just Ok. The shower is a death trap for elderly people. The breakfast was very sub par with just the bare essentials. Ko kettle in the room no tea/coffee or milk in the rooms. The beds were ok.

Would not stay again. Don't feel comfortable where i had to park and the lobby smelled like drugs.

Booked a King Room, got stuck in a queen room next to the elevator. Door didn't work, after getting keys recoded door had to be physically forced open. Beds were uncomfortable, walls were too thin could hear every word of guys conversation next to us as if he was in the room with us. The bar next door was having street fights in the parking lot that we could hear from the other side of hotel.

It was alright for the price we paid.

All the staff were nice and very helpful. The room was amazing.
