The room was nice, clean, and ready early. The staff was kind and very attentive. The property manager helped me with an issue I had in booking and went out of her way to take care of me. I would recommend this hotel to friends and my husband and I would gladly stay here again.

Stayed here for two nights with my family and everything was great! Room was clean and the staff was super friendly. There was a fire alarm the second morning due to someone leaving toast in the toaster lol but other than that it was great! Def recommend.

The property was great. Clean and nicely updated. The communication between the checkin person, maintenance and upper management was horrible. My daughter called on 9/6/2024 to see if the seasonal pool would still be open on our arrival on the 7th and we were told it would be. We all got there on the 7th and the check in person told us it was closed. She also told my Son-in-law that his early check in that he purchased the day before probably wasn’t going to be ready even though we were there at the time he was told he could check in because they were short staffed. The check in person kept looking in her computer and finally found a room that had been cleaned and was ready. She went into the back room and talked to someone that was back there and they said the pool was still open. After everyone changed we went down to the pool and there were signs on the gate that said the pool was closed. We tried our key and were able to get in. We went to the front desk and they gave us towels. About 2 hours later two people came out and told us the pool was closed and the PH level hadn’t been check since the 4th and that we were swimming at our own risk. They were the supervisor and the head of maintenance. They said they weren’t kicking us out but warning us. The breakfast was probably ok but we got there 30 minutes before it closed and there was barely any food left. The breakfast hours are too short for the weekend.Food needs to be restocked til the cut off time not 30 minutes prior.

Our suite smelled like cigarette smoke. Also the staff had no idea what they were doing. The manager and front desk lady told us when we arrived that the pool was open for another week, then the assistant GM came out to the pool and told us it was closed a week ago, and that the water we were swimming in might not be clean. I paid for an early check-in, then when I arrived the front desk said they could not do that and yesterday's staff I spoke to just didn't know what they were doing?! After a brief argument they did find us a room. Overall this hotel seems mismanaged, and has poor communication.

Such a great hotel. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We arrived at 3am and were greeted and situated very quickly even though there was an issue with our reservation. Best part of the stay was the breakfast. So good that me and the husband are still talking about how good it was.

I loved the variety of breakfast every morning ! As well as not having to worry about housekeeping every morning If we wanted to sleep in. Great location wise for us as well.

I was in town for two days and chose this hotel because of the amenities they offer. Cute little kitchen made it easy to store and warm up leftovers. Everything was nice and clean

Property is good, bed comfortable, pretty grounds but needs more attention to details and please re-do the elevator- it is ugly. Great location.

We stayed in a king suite here and it was great! The room was very clean and the staff was extremely nice. We’ll definitely be back.

Good stay at Sonesta. We were there 6 days so we did not have any housekeeping. There also was a $5 fee per night for parking. We were happy with the room size and functionality.

We had a king suite and it was very spacious and the mattress was great. No maid service since we weren’t staying over 7 days. While the place has been “renovated” it’s an old property. Parking is $5 a night which is just stupid. The door on our microwave was cracked. There is no ice machine except the one in the refrigerator, so buy yourself some ice. Outside pool area has old tables and chairs that need to be replaced. Coffee was marginal at best. Breakfast was decent. It was very convenient to everything near park meadows mall. It was a deal though but I doubt seriously if we would stay here again.

The room was amazing and so relaxing. We were in town for three concerts. Check in was a breeze they accomidated our ESA pup and had plenty of spaces for her to relieve herself. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The first night there we were worn out from a ten hour drive and a concert at red rocks but the bed was wonderful. We appreciated all the room for us and the pup. Im already making plans.for another trip with my sister next year and know where we're staying.

The room is very clean and spacious. Our room has a living room as well as kitchen. Breakfast is included and there are always foods available at all time even if you wake up a bit late (unlike some hotels).

This hotel saved our trip that was on a quick spiral to a dark pit. So glad we left the fist hotel prematurely. The property, the staff and the breakfast were great. Definitely a keeper.

This is more like a two-star stay. We had stains on our sheets and hair on our shower amenities. There's no daily housekeeping and not enough towels. The elevator grossed us out as well. The staff is friendly but the hotel runs lean and it shows. I would not return.

Clean facility, Breakfast was average at best.Hidden $5 Per Day Parking fee was definitely a Negative! ( Should have been detailed as an additional cost)

Everything was great till the last night not sure what it where it came from but the carpet was wet with water , I reported it to the front desk and was offered a fan to dry it .

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very lovely, very clean, and really nice to have a kitchenette and full refrigerator in the room. It was also nice to have a little extra space with a small table and comfortable couch. And the pool outside was very nice as well. The breakfast was good, though the lady bringing things out had a bit of a hard time keeping up with the demand.
