Hotel cancelled our booking the day of arrival. When we called after expedia notified us of that, reservation team told us the reservation is still active, so we came at night 11:30 after arrival with the plane to experience that our booking indeed could not be honoured. Instead of helping find another hotel or even offer us a glass of water to drink while we were more than 2 hours on the line with expedia to find another hotel for me, husband and 2 kids they did....nothing! Very bad experience and even worse start into our vacation. Hotel said they had to cancel because of maintenance issues in the room, we rather believe they simply overbooked. At that time.was fringe festival in Edinburg so all hotels were booked out even in Glasgow. We are still very disappointed of that behavior.

Very good and nice people

Second stay at hotel executive suite,much better, had fridge lock box, very much cleaner than the first room. No mold on tiles in bathroom. Check in host very knowledgeable gave us all information needed.

We have stayed here a few times before so booked again. 4 nights (1 night in suite + 3 nights in premium multiple-room due to availability). Windows in suite were flithy and only 1 of the 4 windows could be opened, the rest had handles removed and screwed shut, perhaps broken? Room was not set up for 3 guests as had to ask for tea, coffee etc and complimentary soft drink & snack. The premium multiple bed room had no fridge, asked why and was advised some do and some dont? Soap dispensers in bathroom were empty except for the 1 over the bath. Carpets were dirty and room was just not premium at all. Windows didnt seal very well and room has directly over a large aircon unit so buzzed almost constantly. Was woken very early in the mornings by binmen and deliveries, again if windows closed properly perhaps noise would have been less. Although we have stayed here before and enjoyed it, we will be looking for an alternative next time we are in Glasgow visiting family. Paid a lot of money for something really quite tired and not clean.

The only thing i can fault is the location, but the bus stops were very near. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room facilities were wonderful. Even got a bathrobe. Breakfast was amazing, catering for gluten free foods to continental and full scottish breakfast.

Property was excellent, the staffs, gym, swimming pool and breakfast was excellent and I will recommend these property to everyone.

Studio room was pretty great few cosmetic issues here and there in each of the room but wasn’t fazed as was somewhere to sleep. Bed/sofa was comfy enough to refresh you for your day the only, amenities ie were pretty good going swimming unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of order. Breakfast was pretty good healthy options with also big breakfast buffet, the only big problem we had was dinner was advertising kids eat free but yet no kids menus had been put out so was forced to order a main meal, when this was eventually brought to an attention of a member of staff later on it was dismissed and nothing would be resolved. Other than that was a good experience to be there and would love to go along again.

The staff were ace however the hotel needs some work to make it nice again. Air con also wasn't working making the room too warm.

Great location and the kids loved the pool. Had dinner and was very happy with the meal and service.

Didn’t like lack of lock box, fridge had to ask desk for info on hotel features. Was not informed there were secure boxes at reception. Didn’t like the black mold on tiles in bathroom. This was our first stay check in July 28.

Amazing

Room was miles away. 2 small single beds pushed together that moved around the room - brakes faulty/not working. Waited 45 minutes for shampoo. Kept up all night by people banging on doors, walls and arguing.

I slept 3 nights at this hotel the staff is very helpful but the room are very old and smelly (maybe the person who was in the room the day before had stinky feet), the hallway is very loud as well the fire doors are banging not that loud but you can ear them all the night because of the people. Also the floor is loud and the people above you make some noises while they walk. The shower/toilet door needs replacing. Don’t with the price 500€ for 3 days.

Was ok for a one nighter and to avoid the high Glasgow prices. Not a bad menu and the staff were friendly. Good parking. Didn’t use the leisure facilities.

We just stayed 1 night after goingvtova concert. The room was clean and comfortable.Staff were very polite and helpful. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. We had no cause for concern.

We enjoyed our stay apart from the fire alarm going off in the night - couldn't be helped. Service was good apart from day two breakfast. It was very busy and you appeared to run out of plates quickly and some of the food. Overall very good and would highly recommend.

Room was massive and we were travelling from another country and they allowed us to check-in early when we arrived!

Everything was fine except the bed was way too soft and gave me a bad neck. Breakfast was great and I enjoyed the pool. People were friendly and helpful.

No toilet paper and other amenities refill, been talked to the staff a few times and get ignored about bath tub stopper no one come and check or fix and unable to help us change the room. The hotel charged twice and still cannot get a refund… bad experience ever!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I was sad the jacuzzi pool was not working.

Room was spacious and comfy. Starbucks was downstairs too.
