Over all i would stay again. Nice place. A little slow on check in but our over night was fine.

Hotel was clean. Not in a very active area. Needed to drive to restaurants and stores.
Had an EV for my trip and although the hotel had a charger, it didn't work and they made no effort to see why or call the charger service company to get it fixed. Luckily for me there was a charger about 2 blocks away that was working.
Finally, I asked for a late check out when I checked in. I was given until 1pm (I am an IHG member). At 1109am I received a rather abrupt phone call telling me I was susposed to be checked out by 11am. No record of my late check out and no interest in accommodating me. That was disappointing for sure.
Long story short, hotel is ok, but I would choose elsewhere to stay when visiting KC in the future.

I was in KC for the Garmin Marathon and knew I wouldn't be back in time to check out; however, my mother was with me and was planning to get back to the room before check out. Unfortunately, we didn't expect traffic and the front office of the hotel, after calling me about check out, worked with my mom. They allowed her to get there past the 11 am check out to gather her bags. It was a very stress free time and, again, I appreciate, how they were very flexible and willing to help us during the check out process.

Overall the stay was Great, but I tried calling the Front Desk 3 or 4 times to make a change to my reservation over a period of an Hour and nobody answered. Not only that…someone from IHG reservations also tried calling the Front Desk as did I and didn’t get an answer either which in my opinion is horrible Customer Service….but with that said and not to take away from the fact that this Hotel is Beautiful and the Staff is Great and our stay was Great and I would stay there again !!

Great service at the front desk during check in. Service at the bar and for dinner was excellent from Javan later that evening. Clean, large room (Queen suite with sofa sleeper). Bathroom is a little small in that room, but nice and clean.

The blinds in our room did not open and one of the locks on the door did not work. Food was not great -recommend eating out, not at hotel restaurant. The rest of the hotel was ok. Front desk and waitress/bartender were very nice. Was able to do laundry there, no charge for machines was a BIG PLUS.

Stayed just one night for a concert at TMobile on a Wednesday night. After other reviews saying it was a sketchy walk, I was initially concerned, but we decided to try it and had no issues. There were hardly any pedestrians after a couple blocks from the venue, but it was well lit the whole way and we had no issues. It was a decent distance, but not bad at all.
The hotel did have a very strong air freshener smell in the hallways, but the room was fine. The bathroom had some shoddy work, but overall clean and no issues with noise, all staff were nice and available when needed.

I absolutely hate that you charge outlandish fees (outside of parking) for staying. $40 extra in made up fees should be illegal. I'm surprised you didn't have a fee for "oxygen used". Everything else was great. Just be up front about what it actually costs to stay there, do better.

The staff was tremendous at the front desk, very friendly and helpful. We found a bunch of old French fries next to our bed that we had to clean up. Other than that, the room seemed clean.

The room I was in faced the street and the parking lot where there were multiple lights shinning into the room. The shade was broken and would not lower. We had to use pillows to block out the light. Then the shower would not work. The water barely trickled out of the shower head and then slowed to nothing coming out. Also, the sink took about 20 minutes for the water to get hot. When I said something to the front desk they just told me they would comp my $25 parking and gave me attitude. When I suggested that they take note that the room needs maintenance for future guests I got more attitude. I spent way way too much money on a room with lights in my face and no shower.

It was great for a one day stay. Close to the places we needed to go and the highway. The only thing is the Wi-Fi was a lil spotty and the tv connection kept going in and out.

The hotel is very clean and located close to Main Street easy access to everything else in downtown Kansas City. The staff was really nice especially the woman working the front desk to help check us in. She made things easy and even showed us where to grab the cable car for public transport.

The property was very nice inside. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our stay was very short so we weren’t able to enjoy any of the extra amenities such as the bar/restaurant etc. We were going to a Royals game it was only a 10-15 drive to the stadium.
I would definitely stay here again
Down side … when we got there it was about 3:15 and the person working check ins had already signed out of her computer and her replacement hadn’t shown up yet so we had to wait until she arrived
