The hotel is well placed for those visiting the convention Center however I found the hotel to be very basic. The checkin staff were wonderful and friendly. The rooms themselves were dirty, no amenities apart from a shower cap and the bed was ridiculously soft with no support. The selection of food for breakfast was very limited and not what I would have expected. Would stay here again just because its close but no other reason

Convenient location right next to convention center. Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was plenty spacious and bed was comfy and great for value! Definitely would recommend.

I absolutely love the architecture and the design of the hotel. The lobby itself and the concierge staff were amazing, very customer friendly, extremely helpful, sweet, and nice.

There was a lot of mixup with the booking and eventhough we tried to fix it before we left, they did not fix it. The breakfast was expensive.

They promise free parking and a jacuzzi/spa. There was no free parking spaces available so we had no choice but to pay for parking. We only chose this hotel for their spa so we were very disappointed to find out that it was closed. They could have written this on Hotels.com as a minimum. Otherwise the room was fine

Everything went smooth, very good breakfast, rooms were clean and nice

Front desk staff amazing, restaurant/bar staff could be more attentive especially since we were just about the only guests staying in the hotel. Breakfast was very good. Room was spacious although the bathroom was a bit dated, parking was easy.

Looks like a hotel more suited to business than leisure. Odd that for a double rooms you are given two separate single duvets, and not a true double bed as it is two singles pushed together. Disappointing breakfast, cold every morning and tasteless

It had a few nearby restaurants and was fairly close to the main downtown area - maybe a 15-20 minute walk. Very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

Hotel was lovely staff are awesome nothing was too much trouble for them kind and helpful hotel rooms were clean tidy only thing I would say is the air conditioning wasn’t very cool even with it down to low would still be all hot and sweaty other than that food drink staff amazing time would stay again if the air conditioning was better

We had a brilliant time here; shopping great & also sightseeing went to our old home when we lived here 25yrs ago, celebrating our silver wedding anniversary fabulous stay definitely come back

It is a bit dated in parts but nice and clean. My room was a bit warm and I couldn't get it cool without opening the windows. This worked ok in March but may not work well in the summer.
The staff were all reasonably friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, 3 minutes walk from Signal Iduna Park I've the footbridge and hotel bar and restaurant staff wear Dortmund home shirts on match days.
