The hotel is very nice but all the amenities are shared with a public gym. So the pool, the spa and gym are used by non guests. This means this areas are very crowded and not very usable.

We had a great stay and service was excellent.
The only annoying part was that the sauna, hotter and steam room were separated , one for males and another for females. We booked this getaway to have some relaxation time together with my wife and found it bothersome that we would not be able to use those amenities together.

Staff is very enthusiastic about keeping their customers happy, they are very friendly and accommodating. When you order something, staff responds promptly. Also, great gym and heated pool. Excellent!

A wonderful, well-run property with modern and well-appointed rooms and welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Our 3 day stay at the hotel was a pleasure in all respects.

Front desk was not helpful, treatment was way far from 5 stars hotel . I have stayed before in this hotel, but for sure this is my last time here. Also, I didn’t receive or was treated like a vip Expedia customer

The only problem I encounter was getting in touch with the property from USA.
The phone number is odd and by email takes up to two days to get an answer. They should provide a WhatsApp number or something similar to get quicker answers

We stayed at the Swissotel before and after a tour to Cotapaxi and Quilotoa. The hotel was great value for money and we were looked after from start to finish. Every interaction with a member of staff was great, we were made to feel very welcome, so wanted to say thank you very much.

This fantastic hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and the breakfast is fresh and has lots to choose from. Staff are very professional and friendly. Check in and out were fast. Only suggestion would be to have more bartenders on when large groups are there. Also bigger bottles of water in the rooms.

I don't speak a lot of spanish but that was ok because the staff were super friendly. The people behind the desk were a little uptight but that's how it goes. Breakfast was awesome, wish i could eat that everyday. I wish you would speak more about the different amenities: pool, workout room. I would definitely come back. 1st visiting Ecuador. Beds were a little stiff.

I got pretty severe food poisoning from the salmon in the vip lounge and there was some questionable ways in which it was handled.

Staff was excellent- very helpful with check in, getting taxis, airport transportation. Best hotel gym! Lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance.

Excellent staff, very fine Japanese and Spanish restaurant on site, bargain with hotel discount, and beautiful lobby adorned with roses. Tour desk planned a nice day for us with a guide.

The hotel staff was wonderful and accommodating during my 6 day stay. There are several places to eat within the hotel ( sports bar, deli, Japanese, breakfast & Swiss Fondue ) along with nearby places to eat within walking distance. There is also a pharmacy within the hotel with a small variety of snacks and drinks. I also forgot to mention 24 hour room service. I come from the United States and try out different hotels each time and this is a great place to stay. There is a heated pool that is both inside and outside. Rooms are spacious and clean although my room faced the front of the hotel with the main street below and many of the vehicles in Ecuador are not quiet so you can definitely hear and smell the big buses or trucks come by. I like to have the windows open but the smell of diesel will make its way into your room. Overall I would definitely recommend and will return to this hotel again.

A very good option to consider. I was participating in my daughters graduation party, at the same hotel, so it made sense to stay overnight. My family and I had a very good experience
