The hotel is outdated, it needs a complete revamp to bring it up to date

Lovely situated hotel with a great breakfast and excellent service but the air conditioning didn't work on the hottest week of the year, so sleeping in particular was incredibly uncomfortable - when I complained I received a decent discount, but I was told it had been broken since it was switched on earlier in the year. If I had been informed I would have changed my booking.

Loved the location and staff, property marked as air conditioning and the room just had an oscillating fan. The room was cute, practical, but incredibly stuffy.

Very nice hotel - clean and very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was good and the location is superb. Two major issues - NO AC - super warm in the rooms and we had to ask nicely for 2 fans which were helpful but did not stop the room being really warm and muggy. The shower was great pressure but the construct is ridiculous with a glass door that is not flush with the bath so you cannot face the water at the door or you flood the bathroom ! We know !!! Overall recommend the hotel if it's not too hot otherwise bring a fan ! Staff great and location is the best !!

Good stay, great location but room was hot due to lack of aircon and this was not a hot night outside, maybe only 16 degrees outside, need to fix aircon for a very good stay.

Very old rooms, with uncomfortable beds. After 2 nights of sleeping, me and my brother both got back pain. Toilets are old as well.

I gave overall 4 stars could have been 5 but Aircon not working. Did have a fan put in the room but it's not the same.

We choice this place for too much money because of the air conditioning. It was there but it did not work, that we find out at 01:00 They promised another room, but never got it. The next morning they told us the airconditioning did not work. Not in one room for a few months already. The bed was bloody hot because of a plastic under cover and the pillows where not stuffed at all. This is not a 4 star. But 3 with a 5 star rate. Also the promised upgrade was not there. Very disappointing…

We really liked the convenient location downtown by the market!

Everything was good except for the room which was so tiny. Very little wardrobe space with no drawers in the room at all. Living out of a suitcase and we were there for 3 nights! Shocking

A few things to keep in mind when booking this hotel, in the winter the AC does not work and it just gets insanely hot in the rooms and you can do nothing about it. Also the breakfast is expensive considering you’re getting a Hilton continental breakfast American style. Hotel is 5/10

Very central hotel, in the heart of Düsseldorf. Very practicle to discover the city by walk. Enjoy the Haribo in the hallway.

Welcoming staff. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great shower. Good choice at breakfast. Good choice of drinks at the bar although sitting area quite small. Very close to old town and numerous bars and restaurants. Close to bus stops and train stations. The only drawback was the wifi which was somewhat temperamental. It has a great place and clean, and also, they served some snack and water every morning, and breakfast was also great. but the room is small and then, i booked double bed but it was 2 small bed put in together so it was uncomfortable when i was on the middle of bed....

Central hotel, acts as a lux boutique hotel but do not live up to expectations. Low service lever. Nice design, but bathrooms are from the 1990-not nice. Bed pillows need to be changed asap, feels as Ikea. So not worth the price.

Booked the single room. The bed is an oversized twin bed and comfortable. Very suitable for a single traveler. I would stay there again.

Great location but old hotel with terrible air conditioning. I was too hot to sleep well even when it was cold outside at night.

Friendly staff, very good breakfast, perfect location and 🅿️ just next door, however especially bathroom (at least in my room) needs to be renovated.
