I travelled to Wichita Falls to ride in the Hotter 'N Hell century ride. This was a very nice facility. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's a great facility for a 1-2 night stay.

The bed was atrocious. Absolutely horrible. It was too soft, and did not feel clean. The breakfast options showed "healthy alternatives", but none shown were actually available.

A good stay. In fact, we stayed here several years ago, and the room we had them had some maintenance issues, but this time all was well.

No house keeping for three days no tissue when asked front desk answer was rude we do housekeeping every other day but never did that’s why we check out one day before

The room was horrible if I wasn’t down for my family reunion I would’ve left. The room had very old carpet, the bathtub was jetted and it was very old and corroded would never sit down in that tub if you get room 238 be aware

Late night reservation and we were greeted at the entrance. Very clean and breakfast was good too.

It was fine for a one night stay. The only complaint is that we got a king bed with pullout sofa. The pullout was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. I would get 2 double beds in the future. The hotel has a swimming pool, ice machine and free breakfast. The price was reasonable.

It was easy to get to and the staff was friendly. Room 132, the fridge needed defrosted. You almost couldn't get the door closed. The microwave was all wobbly like it had a foot missing. The bathroom had roaches. The swimming pool was dirty and the bathroom area there was disgustingly dirty. Commode didn't work and needed a thorough cleaning.

First they put my family in a room that smelled like a dog peed (amonia) in it and a blanket had a yellow stain like pee on the bed, the air conditioning didnt work, bathroom had mold and floors are broke you can feel it when walking... it really feels like a dirty hotel...

Everyone at the Hotel was very friendly and hospitable. Front Desk especially Mahesh. Went above and beyond to lend us an umbrella so we wouldn’t get wet on a rainy day. Also very attentive

The room that we got it was horrible. Smells horrible horrible, I don't understand how they can rent those rooms in such poor condition. with cockroaches and the smell of rotten cheese and a lot of humid smell…. I told him to change me to another room and the told me that he have to charge me $30 extra because I did make the reservation in Expedia… it doesn’t make sense. So disappointed

This hotel should be closed. DO NOT STAY THERE. The first room we received was dirty, water leaking from behind tub wall in bathroom, lights did not work…..but the real kicker is that you could push the door open from the hall. The lock did not work.
The second room was just as filthy, water damage in bath ceiling.
I used to think Quality Inns were ok motels. Never again.
Choice hotels should be embarrassed to have this hotel in their portfolio.

The room looked clean, but had a strong smell walking in, don't know what it was but it was unpleasant. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. The tub had jets and my kids were excited about it, but once I turned it on hair and sand came out.

We were in our way to New Mexico and used this property to sleep. Everything was good. Very clean, safe and the room was great.

This place was clean but the checkin personal stuff were unfriendly. Had an attitude and was very upset I booked with an outside source instead of them. She made sure I knew that I would have save money if I booked though them. Very unfriendly staff.

Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was typical motel breakfast. Vending machines and ice machines did not work. Generally an okay stay.

This hotel was very quiet once the fire alarm got reset. They handle the situation well

The room was super clean and they definitely cook lots of breakfast only complaint is the guy next door he started slamming his door at 4 am and didn’t stop till around 6 am I was so aggravated after driving 17 hrs and needed a good sleep also the whole hallway smells like weed! The staff was great the room was top notch

Bathroom needs a good scrubbing and rekalked around the tub, the Jett’s in the tub were brown and dirty.

Booked a double bed and even though I had my confirmation etc.. their system showed I booked a double bed. The manager was not helpful and had no explanation only insisted I pay an additional $25 .
