Bathroom need a remodel

needed a room for the night ehile attending a family funeral. this was close and affordable and included breakfast. it was just what we needed.

Best stay here. I always keep coming back because of the clean and friendly place. I was given one of their best rooms. It was the most cleanest room ever. I will tell lay friends and will continue to stay here.

Check in was super easy - since it was prepaid, they already had everything ready to go when I got there.

This overnight stay was a blessing through medical appointments. Being from out-of-town and exhausted from medical treatments in Co Springs and Pueblo. Everything was good at Mictrotel.

We chose to stay in Pueblo Colorado due to cost, ratings of this hotel and how close it was to everything we did. Cripple Creek Gold Mind, Graden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and Phantom Creek Rail Road Trail.

Nice clean spacious quiet room

The hotel was fine and well kept. After an excellent experience the previous night, we were a bit disappointed in the bed. But truly, it was fine and I would stay thee again.

Slamming noors, need quiet closers.

I think here is a good place to stay

There was a man walking around our floor with no shirt on and stayed there for hours. We wanted so badly to go home. Anyone is allowed on the floors. We won’t be going back there.

The room was decently sized. The bed was a bit sunken in. The room needs updating and it was a little dirty. Overall, the location was convenient.

Very convenient to the highway. Parking was also convenient.

I always have great customer service and friendly staff; however I have been double charged two different times I have stayed here. It was ultimately reconciled Wilbur kind of a pain!

Had our truck's drive shaft stolen the first night and we were parked in the front of the hotel. No cameras. Room smelled like mold when the fan was turned on. Bathroom tub had not seen a maid in a long time. Staff were excellent. Very friendly cleaning ladies and reception staff. Breakfast was not all that desireable.

The bed was super saggy. No choice but to roll to the middle. The air conditioner banged and clanged all night. The room was a good size and comfortable as long as you didn’t plan on sleeping there. The bathroom had holes in the wall.

The room smelled like wet animals during our entire stay. We were going to ask for another room but they were at full capacity

We stayed overnight and stay was comfortable. Room was small but nice & clean. There was a small fridge and microwave. TV was positioned on top of the cabinet so it’s hard to watch unless you are laying on the bed. Overall, it’s a good place to stay after a long drive. Free breakfast is okay.

Air conditioning fan rattled & loud humming kept guest awake all night. Pet charge 150$ reverses at check out. Never had that before. Bathtub had ring. Bathtub floor needs a bleach job. Shower curtain gets floor wet. Front desk is polite however. They should work somewhere else

This Microtel was definitely shopworn from the broken outside bench to the torn shower curtain and the broken toilet seat. Stayed there 4 nights…the first night was greeted warmly so thank you for that. Since we didn’t leave the room early enough the first morning, we asked the cleaners to return later —they didn’t so we had to go downstairs to get fresh towels for the next morning. Our room was cleaned the 2nd day very nicely except no extra coffee packets which isn’t good anyway so no worries there. The 3rd morning my sister was coming back upstairs so she was going to grab me a cup of coffee and asked if it was ok because they were cleaning the breakfast room…the worker pointed at her watch and shook her head…it was 9:02! (Oh and beware the coffee brewed the coffee but you had to heat it for 2 minutes in the microwave because it was cold). We left after that and I told the cleaners that we would be out in 30 minutes … never came back to clean! So we were there 4 nights and had our room cleaned 1 time! Was hopeful it would be a good place to stay since it is within a few blocks of my son’s home but was VERY disappointed in the hotel and will not return unless they have some major renovations/updates, modern conveniences (like a full time coffee station and automatic doors to assist guests coming and going), and classes on what customer service means to their establishment.

The motel was full but because of our reservation, we not only got what we had reserved, but they upgraded us to a small suite. Decor needed a refresh, but overall it met our needs.

Perfect place to spend the night. Friendly staff and clean room.

Rooms are very old. Building has an odor. Rooms were not very clean
