The area has a lot of good choices for dining that isn’t too far and walkable. The hotel itself is kinda old and the floor is quite dirty. The place needs an overhaul. Staff was nice and friendly though.

My stay had issues but my rating does not include the issues that were outside the staff's control (i.e. construction done at night because its AZ and it's hot and someone dying). The positives were good room rates, nice sized rooms, breakfast served from 6-10am, a check-out time of noon, good location and great staff. The negatives were dog friendly hotel, the carpet is disgusting, always were some type of footwear. Had an adjoining room and could hear the other occupant very clearly at 1 am. Our rooms had handicap showers, the problem was there was no edge or barrier to the shower; you literally flood your bathroom every time you shower. I don't know if those were the only rooms left with king size beds because I witnessed someone else check in and the person asked for the first floor but they wouldn't due to the construction at night. I would stay there again, they have a very nice selection for the complimentary breakfast.

The front desk staff was great! Friendly and welcoming. Check-in was easy. We were going to use the elevator to get to our room but ended up taking the stairs because the elevator was very warm- no AC at all. The room we were given smelled like smoke - the front desk person was apologetic and accommodating and moved us to a different room. The second room was ok but the linens and duvet smelled like they were just brought out of a musty closet. I did appreciate the toiletries provided- called "Zero/0" - or at least that's what the bottles said. The shampoo, conditioner, and body washed were 15oz boxes attached to the wall in the shower. There was also a bottle of the same brand lotion next to the sink. The refrigerator had something spilled in it- which had leaked into the cabinet the fridge was enclosed in. The beds were horrible. Any movement caused loud sounds from the box -spring boards??? Every time my husband moved or turned, the noise was so loud, it awakened me. There were several lamps for lighting options, multiple electrical outlets and USB ports which was great! I always stay at a Hampton Inn when traveling but I have to say this location, by far, was less than stellar. Thank goodness for the front desk staff- she was great! By the way, we did not partake in the complimentary breakfast but my husband did get a bagged "breakfast to go" which contained a bagel, water, apple, and a couple of other items.

Great stay!

Rooms (at least Rm106) was an excellent room. Staff was considerate, courteous and 24 hour. Did not stay for breakfast so cant comment on that.

Great location, lots of nearby restaurants. Hotel was old and carpet was dirty (stained and found hair and small pieces of trash). “Clean” towels in bathroom had hair on them and the sheets did not look great.

The staff is exceptionally friendly. We also love our room 106…

It was ok except for the awful smell of urine and the fleas in the bathroom.

Easy access to freeway.

Some one at 11 pm tried to bırak into our room banging on our door real hard I reported to the ménage ent But there was no follow up at all We had a sleepless night not feeling safe

This is the second time I've stayed at this property. It appeared slightly out of sorts this visit. The AC in our room was sluggish and the thermostat was having issues. The door by our room also wasn't working so we had to walk around. This place is very convenient and there is a lot going on around there. Lots of restaurants and shopping, movie theater close by as well.

Dirty room and uncomfortable mattress. First the room wasn’t ready even after arriving after check in. Then when the room was ready, the bathroom still had lots of hair. The room had a weird smell at first but since they had just cleaned we thought it was the cleaning chemicals. We later found out it was pet urine masked with maybe air freshener. The carpet was sticky all over that we always had to wear our shoes to avoid getting our feet dirty.

Very good as usual. My only suggestion would be better noise insulation since I could hear people who talked loud in the hallway as well as adjacent room.

Two major issues: no in room or online checkout. You must go to the front desk. Second: the bathroom specifically the shower is poorly designed, at least on this property. There is no lip around the shower so water gets totally all over the place. And they don’t provide enough towels (prob not enough for all rooms) to soak up the water. That water is dangerous, and Hampton could be ripe for lawsuits because the bathroom floor is very slippery when wet. One relatively minor issue is the in room thermostat did not control the AC unit. Had to use the built in thermostat. The unit in our room was also very noisy. Otherwise the property was very nice.

The rooms were very nice and well outfited. The ac unit was very loud and drown out the tv. Other than that, I would stay here again.

Check in was fast&easy. Evangela was so friendly & her customer service for me was wonderful! Our room was ready when we arrived &very comfortable. Easy access to stores,restaurants&freeway but the rooms were still quiet. We had a great stay for 4 nights. Thanks!

room was quiet and bed comfy. tv on and busy getting ready.the only issue was at 10:20 am the maid tapped softly, not a knock. not getting an answer she proceeded to enter the room. a bit hearing impaired we didnt realize it was a knock...needless to say we were very surprised and luckly had just finished dressing. thought check out was 11am lol

Can't go wrong with this hotel. It's the 3rd time we've stayed here since 2020.

We only stayed 1 night but next time would like to try the pool.

There was a person on the property wearing a court appointed ankle bracelet hanging out at the pool area for hours . Not sure what that was about. The shower drain was clogged leaving you in standing water as you shower. The bedding is tattered and very dingy like something you would see at an old hotel. Not the usual great standard I’m used to at a Hampton.

Check in and check out was very easy. The room was very comfortable.

Breakfast horrible everything was empty by 8 am and staff was not replenishing them. I had to ask for the eggs and potato’s and sausages to be replenished. I was told oh the scrambled eggs will take about 15 minutes. The staff was not very friendly

Great customer service at check in....clean room and pretty good complimentary coffee in the lobby
