Terrible hotel. The first room theu gave is had cheetos cheese crumbs on the bed. The second room the door deadbolt did not work and the top lock was falling off. Found a small cocroach on the floor. The bathroom door was sweaky as hell. Went down for breakfast at 7:20 and the food wa all gone and they had no plans of restocking. The shower wall had pieces of drywall missing. The pool is very small and not very inviting. Front desk didn't much seem to care about issues.

They did not appear to be prepared for guest. Had to ask for new towels each day after they asked for old and never brought new ones back. Continental breakfast had very little. Dry cereal and couple small muffins. Rooms were very damp and smelly. We were hurricane Milton evacuees and had limited choices on hotels 6 hours away from storm. Do not recommend this place.

Our first room we were in had hair in the shower, and in the sheets. There were also stains on the sheets. The floor was very sticky and felt nasty. There was no hot water for a while and the hot water finally turned on when we were ready to get out. The overall room was pretty nasty, so we got put into another room. The other room also had hair in the same spots, and black mold around the AC unit. It just looked overall in bad shape. There wasn't a door handle on the fire exit. We stayed here five years ago and it was in much better condition then. I don't know what happened.

Got to our room found the TV off the wall, part of AC system taken apart, no hot water, no towels, and a roach crawling on the wall. Maybe they were working on the room we don't know but the front desk looked at us like we were crazy! We have been staying at this property every year over the past 22 or so years with no problems. The staff did let us move to a clean room for the rest of our stay. Think we will try the Holiday Inn Express next door on our next trip.

While it fit the bill for what we needed I would not recommend this place. The property was obviously not kept up. The room door had no security lock and holes/gaps where you could see out and in.The AC would stop working and you had to turn it off, wait 10-15 min and turn it back on to get it to cool. The bed covers were torn, 2 extremely thin towels provided (you could see through them). The “breakfast” was an actual joke with stale cereal, little Debbie cakes, bread/toaster and one small pan of eggs. The shower took 10 min to even get lukewarm and then would get cold again after 10 min. There was no insulation or sound proofing and you could clearly hear your neighbors talking, even at normal volume. The back doors wouldn’t let you in with your key (they were aware) so it stayed propped open with a rug. The fridge in the room froze anything you put in it, while the microwave took 5 min to even get your food warm ish. the staff was very nice, but other than that I would not recommend staying here.

The pool was closed, breakfast was until 9 but you went to eat at 8 and there was nothing and you asked the staff and they said there was no more, the orange and apple juice one day were spoiled and I left it that way , the musty smell in the room was too strong

Hotel is in a good location next door to a Holiday Inn and Cracker Barrel as well as several other eating establishments. Pricing is reasonable for the place. Air conditioning works well. I am not sure how old this hotel is but it needs upkeep. Carpets are stained in all hallways and the place could use fresh paint. The beds are actually good. Housekeeping is not great, and I actually had several room changes a few months ago when I was there. The sink and toilet were dirty. I stay because of the $, but then you do get what you pay for or less. Forget breakfast at hotel (not worth the trouble) and go to Waffle House.

Asked for something from front desk never got it ! Put at end of hall but can’t go out doors to walk dog. Wouldn’t know how to get out in case of fire which is really bad .

It's really sad and a disgrace and disappointment we drove 4 hours to come for vacation just to get here and there's no food when we went down for breakfast as SOON as it opened. Meaning they only put out a small portion. Then we paid so much for the room for the pool to be closed. What's the point in charging so much for a room when there's nothing here? CLOSE THE HOTEL !! 5 families complained about the same thing.

The front desk was rude. She did not provide quality service (too bad it is called QUALITY inn). The room was not cleaned everyday— it smelled like smoke even though it’s nonsmoking.
It is practically called a do-it-yourself hotel. You still have to approach anybody for services like towel, tissue paper, and etc. Also, the breakfast was horrible— no variety and all out of stock. It was always sausage and egg. And the drink dispensers were always empty.

Property was near the interstate which was convient but there were lack of towels. I WAS GIVGIVEN HAD TOWELS AS TOWELS AND WASH CLOTH. BUGS IN THE SWIMMING POOL.STAFF ASK ME TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER ON THE PHONE WHICH WAS SUPPRISING..AT CHECK IN, THERE WAS BLOOD STAIN ON THE SHEETS , MOVE TO ANOTHER ROOM AT SHEETS WAS DIRTY SO SETTLED WITH THE THIRD ROOM. Noisy from guests that were living there. No breakfast was available except for cereal. Mice turds were found in draws and woke up with an earwig in my water cup the next morning. Another couple came in and said they moved them several times because of inadequate rooms and roaches. Manager was not available to make an appointment with them to discuss the matter.
Cleaners were dressed sloppy but they were friendly. Front counter was unmanned for long periods of time. Watched a family come in and waited to get checked in and no one was there and they left.
I won't stay here again.

The desk clerk in the evening which was the brother to the mgr of hotel was over and above his duties. Our flight was canceled lost wallet he extended me a hug said things would work out. That was very needed and appreciated. And it did work out they found my wallet at airport next day we flew out to different airport and just so happens my dad was traveling back from Oklahoma and picked us up at the other airport.

I haven't stayed in Quality Inn in decades. I was presently surprised about the cleanliness of the hotel. It was merely a sleep night during travel; so expectations were set there. There are 4 things I noticed that I would have made the stay better. The hotel is welcome to contact me for those details.

Outdated hotel with clearly no plans to fix it. Breakfast was not good. Waited 10 minutes for them to replenish bread, muffins, eggs and waffle mix. Finally gave up and left. This was at 8am and it goes until 9. The whole time we waited there was nobody at the front desk. When we left after 9 there was again nobody at the front desk. I put our keys on the keyboard and left.

I began staying at Quality last year, instead of Holiday Inn whick is next door($60+ higher a nite). Each time I have stayed with Quality Inn there us a problem, (no towels in room upon arrival, bathroom sink is dirty, floors not cleaned well, mirrors need cleaning etc.) I can say the beds are always clean and well made and if not updated they are comfortable. The staff are helpful. My last stay involved 2 room changes. First room, the exterior door wouldn't latch. Second room was dirty with mirrors needing a good wipe, sink area wasn't clean as well as toliet having "remnants" in it. My third room was acceptable, but floors are just not a priority with Quality Inn.

I liked that the highway was near. Another hotel that was near looked pretty scary. The facility is clean and staff is ready to provide needs. I didn’t like that there were limited items for breakfast and the coffee needs some upgrading.

It was fine. I have no major complaints, really. The fridge in our room didn't work, and the deadbolt didn't work. A couple of small things seemed to be missing, and the breakfast was less than satisfactory, but the beds were comfortable. Though my husband and I slept in separate beds because they were small!

Absolutely terrible. If I could give less than one star I would. Got there around 2330 and the first room the beds weren’t even made, second room same issue, third room had dog paw prints all over the bed, fourth room they gave us had dirty blankets and booger like things on it. The floors were sticky. The room didn’t even have towels or anything. I have pictures. The manager wasn’t even there to help. He was supposed to call me and it’s been over a week and I still haven’t heard from the manager. I called today and guess what. Not there. Absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend this place at all.

There was lots of noise on the second floor where we started and someone was smoking marijuana next door. We asked to be moved and they obliged. But our room on the third floor didn’t have a hair dryer or supplies for coffee. The breakfast was not good

Staff was friendly however this hotel is not clean. There was some kind of sauce on our bathroom door. Something had leaked out of the microwave all over the drawers and was never wiped up. Only had a quarter of roll of toilet paper in our room (we had 4 people). Stains on carpet. In much need of some maintenance. The pool area has an ADA chair that has the wires exposed and hoses laying all over where people can trip over.

I do not know who the new owner is, but the property was dirty and not well maintained. There was rarely staff at the front desk and my room had no trashcan and the TV was in poor condition.

When we got to the room, the sheets were dirty, the front desk. Seth was very helpful and provided us with new sheets. The beds were not that comfortable, what was very unfortunate was the next day for breakfast. There was not enough breakfast for everyone. There seem to have been a problem with some keys And the only breakfast was a couple of sausages and a little bit of eggs. There was no yogurt no milk and The juices were not refilled. Many people did not eat breakfast because there was nothing left, and there was visible annoyance, and the food was cold, part of the reason we picked this hotel was because it had breakfast included

So dirty! A garbage can and towel set in the middle of the lobby floor from the time we checkked in until we left the following morning. Caution tape was one a room door and the exit door at the end of the hallway. Hall in front of the elevators and mud clumps when we checked in and still when we checked out. Filthy bathrooms.Breakfast room was a mess and had waffle batter on the wall and floor. If it wasn't for being non-refundable, we would have never stayed. Staff was extremely rude!

The exterior doors to the property were all broken, meaning access was available to anyone who wanted to walk in from outside. There were spiders and other bugs all over the grounds, along with litter. There is clearly not a groundskeeper.
Location was good, and it was quiet. The staff was friendly enough at the front desk, but homeless people were sitting in the lobby watching TV as we walked in. The bathroom was not clean. There were hairs on the shower curtain and the roll of toilet paper was not fresh. There was trash stuffed into the toilet paper roll holder.
