The room was really dirty, and the air conditioner didn’t work, and there was bugs in the hotel room

dirtiest place we stayed in a long time.

dirty cob webs in room dirt on floor. fresh soda on bath floor. had to wipe up.

front desk worker was nice

the bathroom was horrible- hardware / faucet almost came out of the wall the breakfast was horrible - ran out of food / juice

I was able to control the ac/heat unit to drown out noise.

I let the front desk agent know about another hotel that I had issues with noise and then she put someone directly across the hall from me. That person would slam their r oom door and would speak on their phone outside their room and I could hear everything.

beds were uncomfortable. too much noice in exhaust fan in bathroom. shower had no hot water. this time we didn’t like the stay.

The woman at the front was awesome. Ensuring my room was good and everything was perfect. Super friendly

The turn off the main road was horrible.

We stayed on the first floor The ice machine was broken and I had to get on the elevator to the 2nd floor for ice. And when I checked in the young lady didn't know if I had paid or not since I booked through Book it.com. wanted to run my credit card for security. Just made me not want to book through 3rd party.

nothing. front desk receptionist was very rude and racist. I didn’t even stay one night and I paid for 6 days I didn’t even stay one night there and I paid for 6 days. as soon as we checked into as soon as we checked into our room we saw roaches.

THEY HAVE ALOT OF ROACHES!!!! do not stay here. As soon soon as I noticed I grabbed my belongings and went to the front desk.. I asked the Asian lady at the front desk if she was aware they have a roach infestation. she didn’t say anything say anything and I told her I can’t stay there and need my m money back. she then started telling me not to make a scene scene. I explained I’m not making a scene by asking for my money back. she then called the cops and lied saying I was yelling and disrupting other guest. I asked for a receipt showing they gave my money back. and called Booking.com which is where I paid for the room. the desk clerk said I have to call booking and booking said said the hotel has been paid so they have to give my money back. after a 2 hour wait with booking. com on the phone they explained the hotel refuses to give me my money back. and hung up the phone on me. I paid the hotel $800 for 6 days and didn’t even stay one night and they refused to give me my money back for services I never used. DONT STAY HERE THEY HAVE ROACHES

hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very decent. Staff at check in and checkout were very friendly and efficient. Was only an overnight stay so we didn't really interact with anyone else. But i would definitely stay there again. Great hotel with a great price.

It was close to the airport where I was dropping off my family who had been visiting. The staff was nice. The breakfast was about average.

Very disappointed - the door to the room that my teenage nieces and elderly mother were staying in would not lock from the outside. They could bolt it from the inside but if we left the room anyone could just come by and push the door open. They said they could not move us to another room because they were sold out due to a bus load of military members being onsite. One staff member told us that management was aware of the door issue but still rented the room.

Pool was green, unable to swim. Breakfast was bad.

First room we walked into beds weren’t made not cleaned, second room we were assigned floors were filthy and I have pics and videos of each room it was disgusting at breakfast there was no bread just dry scrambled eggs

The location was great, near a lot of restaurants. Prices was affordable.
