So quite and safe

Everything was beautiful, but there were two bed bugs in my bed

The staff, especially receptionists not friendly. No benefits, SPA or Upgrade. SPA was closed. Not even an apology.

The property overlooks the city. It is a little distance away from the central historic area and requires either a good walk or a car to get to other locations i.e. restaurants and shopping. The Villa is beautiful, clean, and well attended. I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was very clean the staff was great and willing to go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable, even do the hotel is not in downtown it has spectacular views of Morelias catedral and its close to good restaurants, The only opportunity from my perspective is the time it takes them to prepare breakfast

Evwrything was excellent, bed super comfy my only negative is that the pool could have heating

Encontré un murciélago muerto en mi habitación ! Estaba muy asustada que me fue imposible conciliar el sueño pensando que saldría uno vivo . No hay áreas verdes . Por lo demás excelente arquitectura .

A hotel full of exclusiveness and traditions. The staff really makes an effort to please you. Food is excellent an experience by itself. We had some mixed feelings because we felt that we didn't want to leave the hotel and see the city.

It was beautiful. So quiet and serene. Only a couple of miles from the hustle and bustle of Morelia. And yet a world apart. Very Zin'like. Perfect place to rrcharge my brain.

This is a great place to stay in Morelia. The facility is well kept and the service excellent. The food was well prepared and the restaurant staff great. The resort is very nice; customer service at the restaurant is excellent, the rooms are big and very clean. The only downsize to this hotel is that the mattress where TERRIBLE, we have a room with double bed and both beds had horrible mattresses, we could rest at all. During my check out, I told the front desk about the situation hoping for a compensation or a discount but the only thing I got was a little card with my comments; I know where this little card is going to be. (trashcan) ,for the price of the room you expect better beds.

The view of Morelia is spectacular from the different patios and pool. I was fortunate to stay in the Master.Suite and I have a perfect view from my room and personal patio.

Charming, professional staff, fabulous village-like atmosphere, beautiful, comfortable rooms with fireplace and all the charm of Old Mexico. Our balcony and the view were spectacular. As an Expedia Gold member, my room was upgraded to a junior suite, we were offered a complimentary welcome Margarita (delicious), discount on food in the dining room and complimentary breakfast/credit. The service and the food at both the evening meal and breakfast was excellent. Beautiful tables properly mounted with good linen, fine china and excellent cutlery. The service was prompt, friendly, very professional and most enjoyable. The gardens are stunning, the atmosphere is subdued and I would recommend this hotel to everyone, but particularly those looking for a beautiful place to relax, unwind, dine and enjoy the gardens and the architecture. All of the photographs on the hotel's website and truly representative of the establishment. We were delighted with our stay and will definitely return.
