Remarkable architecture, uncomplicated procedures except a somewhat tricky access card handling and a very clean room.

No breakfast included and we had booked it with breakfast

On checking in we were told our room was ready. Good I thought I could get the bags out of the car. Then I was informed that each extra hour would cost me €10. The bags stayed in the car and we made up your minds not to spend a penny more in this hotel. No breakfast or drink at the bar. When I left at 8am next day I should of asked for a refund for the 3 or 4 hours I hadn't used the room. I won't use Achat again.

Not enough Staff, only 1 Person on a weekend (not the first time). Very clean, good Service. Brillant breakfast Service.

The building is amazing. We used uber everywhere we went so im not sure on the parking. The food was good but service was slooooow.

The hotel looks good! The service is ok. But the cards stop working very fast and the hotel is big, so it was a big inconvenience. Also, when we booked, it was mentioned a king bed and the room had just 2 mattresses put together.

The room was big enough for two people. Also they arranged twin beds. The internet connection was not stable but it was able to use it. The room cleaning wasn't done because it was only two nights?

The room was big enough but also old enough. I hope it to be brighter and cleaner. The WIFI connection was not stable but it was ok to surf around. Their service is good

On the whole, I'm satisfied with the hotel. However, its room cleaning is changed to request basis without any visible information in the room. I've stayed at the hotel many times. It is not convenient for foreign visitors. I hope they will put the information in the room or its bath room.

Very nice

Checked in with friends - the staff acted very coldly towards us. Went up to room, could not get in, door would not work. Went down to lobby, they insulted my intelligence by telling me “the door does not open on its own”. Went back up after no help, had to slam my entire body weight against the door to get in. Shortly after - my friends send me a picture and a call showing and saying that they found bed bugs in their bed. Disgusted, we checked our bed to find no less than 3 bugs. We packed quickly, mortified, and went down to check out, where they told us when it came to a refund “we will do what we can.”. We were able to find another hotel that night and left at about 10:30 PM. It has been two days, and it has been radio silence. Hoping to hear back and get a refund for our two nights.

Issues with booking. When I arrived the reception said the booking payment was declined, dispite another room on the same booking being approved. I showed the Expedia reciept clearly showing the booking had two paid for rooms. Also the bank statement matching the payment amount. But the receptionist insisted I had to pay for 1 room still and claim it back off Expedia.

Usual place to stay for the business trip. They tried to arrange a newly renovated room but unfortunately there was no refrigerator. It's pity. I hope to have a new room with a refrigerator next time. I like the breakfast.

Great hotel- nicer in new area attached to reception. Was kid my moved from the second block at back to the newly refurbished area (not any different but felt safer). Staff we very helpful. But not close to anything. About 20 min walk to sbahn then ride for 15 more into centre. Had I know this wouldn’t stayed this far out. But apart from that it was good.

internet access was missing in our room. wifi signal was weak and not stable. hotel was babe to address the issue. second time this happened at the hotel with six months.

I’m not satisfied with service of this property, they have old furniture, they don’t change a bedsheets only once in 7 days which absolutely not appropriate, and they don’t have AC in the room TV is broken no Chanel. Terrible experience!

Stuff is great, but there was no air conditioning in the room. Just a fan and since it was a hot day it was not very comfortable.

Flight noise make sleepy not well

The hotel is situated in the quiet, nice area. The rooms are nice, but it is visible that need some renovation. Breakfast is cery good and there is variety of food. The wprost thing - there is no parking space in hotel area, and the hotel charges additional fees for their parking places, which is not all right.

Need map with room layout. Inexpensive, but not a location with nearby amenities.
