Excellent week-end. Chambre confortable et spacieuse. Petit déjeuner excellent.

The first night was fine, the restaurant pretty ordinary but acceptable, room exactly as shown in photos, staff pleasant - then the next night! A large group of German tourists took over the place - noisy, shrieking children out of control and running riot while their parents were away in the restaurant (closed to the rest of the guests) which went on for hours. The staff were sympathetic, but could not control them. This went on for hours, then back in the room had to listen to kids screaming, parents screaming at kids, then parents screaming at each other, After midnight before it was possible to sleep - the at 7AM awakened by same yelling and screaming and banging doors. Staff today (Sunday) not at all sympathetic or helpful. Suggestion to management: why dont you put noisy families away from other guests??' Your staff on check in and on Saturday were lovely - can't say the same fr today (Sunday). Completely unhelpful.

Geweldig hotel! Heel vriendelijk ontvangen, ruime, nette en vooral schone kamer. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Hotel bien situé pour du calme en dehors de la ville mais c'était sans compter sur une installation vestuste ou inadaptée des moteurs de climatiseurs sous les fenêtres de chambres et autres évacuations et machineries bruyantes malgré des doubles fenêtres. Nous ne sommes pas spécialement exigeant là dessus mais là nous avons atteint un niveau exceptionnel à notre goût, quel inconfort pour trouver une nuit tranquille dans un 3* sans compter ce coup de téléphone mal dirigé le matin quand vous avez prévenu vouloir dormir tard et ne pas petit déjeuner ! Malgré des excuses et un changement de chambre tout aussi malheureux, nous sommes partis vraiment déçu de ce lieu qui possède une petite piscine peut-être agréable ! Merci de nous avoir proposé des bouchons d'oreilles ça c'est bien étoilé !

Good hotel for staying close to the airport. Rooms are small, but very clean. I was asked to pay an occupancy tax before I left, which I didn’t know about, but it wasn’t expensive so no big deal. Overall, a nice hotel with restaurant and bar.

Great staff, very helpful and did speak English very well which was handy.

We had a difficult time finding the entrance to the hotel. The Tom Tom GPS can't find the address unless you look it up by the hotel name. Then once we did get there, the entrance was still not obvious. It would be helpful to have a sign along the road that pointed you in the right direction.

Overall a great experience. Hotel a bit tired but otherwise comfortable.

great location for promixity to the airport, great for a business trip. Food in the restaurant okay, enjoyed a platter of seafood from the evening buffet table on the night I stayed. However, not impressed that the wall power sockets in my room were all loose and beginning to come out of the wall, concerned that using my adaptor plugs would pull them out completely. One of the sockets wasn't working at all. Not a very good mobile phone signal from the room, conversations kept cutting out.

One aspect was dreadful — finding the hotel. If you miss the turn into a side access entry road maybe a hundred yards ahead of the hotel, you either go onto or Iver the freeway. We got on the freeway inadvertently and had to drive a couple of mikes around to get back. They BADLY need a sign telling you Enter Here for Hotel. Bizzare they don’t, given that this is an airport hotel likely filled with many people there for the first time.

Charged for breakfast that was supposed to be included.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Above all, the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.The hotel was modern and very well kept, inside and out. The swimming pool was a bonus (especially in the heat of August!) The hotel was 10 minutes from the airport and the free hotel shuttle bus was a plus! Just around the corner from the hotel was the tram terminus which took you straight through to the centre of Bordeaux within 35 minutes. Hassle free stay in lovely surroundings! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

This is a very nice hotel with good food but it is basically a business meeting place. Being a couple on vacation we stayed here as it was close to the Bordeaux Airport. We thought shuttle to airport included but they don't operate on weekends !! We had to take a cab as it is not really that close to airport and unfortunately there is nothing around the place like stores restaurants or parks etc. pretty much in an industrial park. The people were friendly and efficient ad the food good but pricey.

We were not typical clients, because our reason for visiting Bordeaux was to attend the 90th birrhday of an old friend, and the only reason we needed a hotel was because all the family homes were full of visiting family. Therefore the fact that this hotel was near where the party was being held would be irrelevant to most people! But it is very convenient for the airport, and well served by the excellent tramway service.

We chose this hotel because we wanted to visit the ocean as well as Bordeaux. It was comfortable, reasonably priced, and right next to the tram to Bordeaux. Free parking on site, windows that open for fresh air. Staff was friendly and helpful. Near to airport, but we didn't hear jets from our room.

My family and I stayed overnight on route from Nice to St Malo. Lovely clean modern hotel, with lovely staff. Will definitely stay again.

A perfect hotel if you need to catch a flight the next morning, as we did. The free shuttle service was prompt, room clean, bed and sheets great and the restaurant fine. As vegetarians, the choices on the dinner buffet were limited, but if you're not, you'd have a heyday with the cold bar filled with fruit de mere.

Clean, contemporary and with great parking. The location is out-of-town commercial rather than mediaeval charm which is why I call this a great stopping-off point. You need to drive to the tram stop to get a tram into Bordeaux - so you might as well drive to Bordeaux. A taxi could be €30.
