My room was a good size, very clean, good internet (most of the time) lots of sockets including USB, kettle.

Very nice staff and facilities. We reserved a room for 4 and it was very roomy, with 2 twin beds upstairs in a mezzanine. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice. Location is ideal (even if a little hard to find at first).

Staff was exceptionally helpful. We were extremely comfortable and have never had a better night’s sleep in a hotel!

Breakfast service lacked consistency during our stay, was good but not every day. Unfortunately, the experience on our last breakfast was not good thanks to some other clients' disgusting habits... (Are pets allowed in restaurants in France?)
Except for Cedric's professional and very informative approach, reception personnel were basically avoiding even eye contact with us, which we found hilarious...

Good location for our needs (gymnastics competition at nearby stadium). Staff very friendly. Easy parking. Room we had was a great size and very clean.
Breakfast was a little basic for the cost. Restaurant is shut on the weekends so we had to drive to find a place for dinner, but we knew this when booking.

Really disappointed that there was no open restaurant on site for dinner on a Saturday night. It was pouring with rain and the receptionist told us a restaurant was 15 minute walk to get to the open restaurant.

Great staff. The size of the room was perfect. Breakfast and dinner were very good.
The room decoration was awful. All grey, looked like a prison. Also the lights were horrible. The room is big, but not cosy at all! The whole decoration of the hotel is very old fashioned. At the gym room there are lots of missing equipment.

The room was huge and the beds and pillows so comfortable. Best pillows of our trip! The bar/lounge area was very nice.
The restaurant was unfortunately not open which made dinner difficult. Also their airport shuttle wasn’t running which was also very inconvenient.

when asked for a bottle of water, gentlemen asked me to pay for it & when I told him it wasn’t mentioned he said oh ok take it for free. Principles weren’t in place.

The hotel has ample parking and the room was spacious, bed comfortable.
I was incredibly disappointed to learn the restaurant was closed after driving for 9 hours! The receptionist prepared a microwave meal - room service - which was pretty awful but I ate it because I was so hungry. I was really disappointed with the whole experience as my parter and I stayed years ago and had a really wonderful stay en route to Spain. I wanted to feel happy returning to a place we know but it has changed and sadly declined.
