The staff was friendly and the restaurant on the roof top is very good.
The hotel itself needs renovation. The room felt outdated and not well maintained. The beds were very uncomfortable. For sure not 5 stars

Staff was wonderful. Very helpful, they went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. We were part of a Norwegian pre-cruise tour but had arrived in Athens a day earlier. We booked a room separately from the tour and had to move the next day to a Tour-assigned area. To make up for the inconvenience, we were given a Family Suite that was much appreciated! Thank you!

Very nice hotel. Great facility. Only issue was staff at the rooftop bar were very slow. I thought it might be just me but another couple I spoke with had the same experience. I’d stay there again

Everything in and around the hotel was great but the beds were so uncomfortable, I was upgraded to executive room, that was two single beds put together, you get one small pillow and two decoration pillows which you can't use, if they invest in better beds, this hotel will be great.

This hotel is very nice. We found it very easy to get to the Plaka by cab. It cost about 5 euros. We took the metro to this hotel from the airport and then to Piraeus port. It was about a 10-12 minute walk. The room was so spacious and clean and the rooftop pool and bar are amazing. We would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel. Rooms were compact but clean, quiet and comfortable. Rooftop pool is a huge bonus with great views. Staff were all great.
Breakfast was decent but not fantastic. However, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

My family had a great stay at Divani Caravel. The room was big enough for my family of four. The extra beds were not too comfortable but the kids were able to sleep. Bathroom was clean, the shower drain was draining very slowly, and was not addressed.
The breakfast was excellent, many options and the gluten free items were delicious.
The only thing I may say is that the service for the breakfast could be better as we had to track down a waiter each morning to have our coffee cups filled. Small nuisance, nothing big for us.
It’s about 15-20minute walk to the parliament and where everything happens, Plaka and Montrasaki square.

The Hotel was good. the pool was not great. The breakfast buffee cost was an insane $32 per person which we did not use.
The food/lunch/ dinner manager treated us very aggressively and basically yelled at us because as we waited for our airport taxi we were having a glass of wine to finish a bottle we bought in town. He should not be allowed interact with the public

Great location: 1 metro stops from down town, 2 from the Acropolis!
What I most appreciated was the quality of their service: when I was sick, they directed me to a medical centre 200m down the road. When it was diagnosed as an appendicitis, the staff were quickly able to make arrangements so that we could extend our stay, in the same family room, despite high season. When I returned from the hospital, the were all extremely helpful for the rest of our stay!

Concierge lady was the best. She gave us the best restaurant recommendations and was so helpful about tours, shopping and arranging our car service. We had to leave very early to catch a flight and she arranged a boxed breakfast for each family member to take with us.

This is not a five star hotel. Rooms are very worn, old furniture, bathroom etc. lots of better options. No turndown service. We found several pills in the kids’ room, 2 on the bed (!). Manager said he couldn’t know how they got there since we didn’t report it immediately. Terrible service. Frigde, safe, tv remote didn’t work when we checked in. Took two days and four visits to the reception to get a new fridge. Pool is small, worn and over crowded. Would not recommend this to anyone

Location was a little far away from sites to see, but overall really nice hotel. Pool needed a clean and a top up.
