Myself and 2 friends there to attend a show at the Florida Theatre… we had the best stay!! Enjoyed the market for coffee and the bar and late night snacks … so convenient to the theatre and your parking garage was so easy to use

Room fine, but restaurants terrible or very overpriced

I have stayed at this property several times. The view of the St. Johns River and the skyline/bridges at night are spectacular, the customer service and amenities are top notch and the dining options are great. Highlights: watching the dolphins frolic in the river during the day and watching the sunset/skyline views in the evening, enjoying an old fashioned at Morton's, post-dinner walk just across the street along the well-maintained riverfront.

Have stayed here many times for Concerts and Sporting Events. Its a close walk to several Venues, Dining, and date night options. The views at night are awesome with the lighting around the river and bridges. Will as always stay here again

Its just an older Hyatt. Small TV, no drawers to put away clothes. Bad lighting in bathroom. No vent in bathroom.

Second time staying here. Love the convenience to Dailey’s for a concert. Peaceful views of the river.

Absolutely terrible. They had a conference there they didnt tell us about w loud rude and obnoxious guests. We asked for quitest room possible and we were told they put us on a floor where the convention guests were not. That was a lie. Up till 230am they were in hallways yelling and partying and banging on walls. We called 3x to complain and they did respond but guests didnt care nor did they really. We almost had to call police to handle situation as it was gwtting tense as the hotel Didnt do enough to remedy the siuatuon. Couldn't even eat dinner or breakfast as there were hundresds of concention guests in eating areas occupying all facets of the hotel leaving other guests zero options. Hotel should have said they had this convention dominated even so we could have stayed elsewhere Beds were older and worn and definitely not the premium bedding as described.

We enjoyed our stay here last night very much! The room was so clean, the hotel itself was upscale with plenty of dining options (the cafe was PERFECT for late night snack and breakfast), and we felt extremely safe (being two younger women traveling on our own). Kevin at the front desk was such a delight and extremely helpful during checkin. Would 10/10 stay again!

Great place great views of the river

While the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront boasts a prime location, we find the hotel’s facilities to be dated. The decor and furnishings in the rooms and common areas appear worn and in need of modernization. The aging infrastructure can detract from the overall comfort and aesthetic appeal, leading to a less than satisfactory experience. Due to its downtown location, the hotel can be noisy. Guests have complained about street noise, noise from events, and thin walls that allow sounds from neighboring rooms to be heard.
