Excuses based on weather. Its fine. Waited for 3 hours for check in (all good, like everyone else). Got the card to access my room, surprise surprise, theres someone literally in the bed. We went to the reception, gave us another card and room, and 1 hour later, someone was trying to get into our new room. I don’t recommend this hotel, or lock yourself in the room and don’t leave any belongings.

In the middle of a truly terrible situation in Houston, after the hurricane, the stuff was patient and went above and beyond to help people any way that they could even when their access to everything was very limited.

Loved the room. We had a nice fully stocked kitchen. Two queen beds and a sofa bed. Beds are comfortable and furniture is nice. Bathroom was beautiful with vanity lighting. They are pet friendly so my peanut was comfortable as well.

Clean room, good hot breakfast. Our room smelled a little musty, and the flooring needs to be updated. Difficult to get back out on the road due to heavy traffic. Can’t get in the HOV lane.

the receptionist was nable to find my reservation. and asking if I was maybe mistake the hotel. I told her I was right and fianlly found the reservation.
In another thing the breaksfast waiter or employee is a rude person. She is white I do not know her name. My wife complained that she was rude indicating the customer to cover the breakfast trays.

We stay at this property quite often and this time was no different than usual! It’s a great hotel. It’s safe, clean, good location for dining and shopping and close to airport. Staff is always courteous, friendly and helpful!

Website states mall shuttle and shuttle within a five mile radius. Neither is available. No restaurants within walking distance. Mall and a a 1/2 mile to walk for food court food.
Property is 9 miles from IAH. Taxi to property was 45.00 and back to the airport 75.00 USD.
Property provided no assistance or apology. Very disappointing and expensive.

At the time of booking in June, they advertised a free shuttle service from the airport. When I called today to be picked up, I was told that they don’t offer it at the IAH location. Staff at the airport told me that some hotels falsely advertise shuttle service so they get more reservations.
I see that they no longer mention this service on the Booking website. I would have appreciated receiving a message from the hotel to say that they did not intend to provide the service they had advertised.

Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. But my room sure didn’t look like it was cleaned well. Carpet needed vacuumed badly. And floors were not cleaned. I feel they were understaffed for this weekend.
