Well located for what we wanted to do. Walk safely around city of Adelaide, catch public transport. visit Art Gallery, Library, Museum, the river, Botanical Gardens and Adelaide Oval for the AFL. Our room was excellent!

Great apartment with central location ideal for an Adelaide visit.

Property had a refurb since I ast stayed. Quality fitout kitchen and bathroom. New avant guard furnishings, and a bed just like home. Plenty of pillows, nothing was too difficult for the staff to handle

Nice location, nice people, nice apartmemt. The wifi was very weak through and I could most often not use it in the bedroom (my only concern but ignoring)

Duty manager must us feel very welcome, location perfect as we could walk to the CBD easily. Parking was good, and we could see our car from our accomodation as the carpark as right opposite our suite.

Fantastic property in an ideal location for those wanting to be right in the heart of the city. There are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shopping right on the doorstep. The room was exceptionally clean with a lovely view from the balcony. Staff were very friendly with check in quick and easy. Will definitely stay again!

Property was in the CBD. The property was dust,dirty and old.Started having hayfever and asthma issues shortly after we arrived.We called both the property manager and Expedia and no one was willing to help resolve this.I had to endure severe hayfever and asthma throughout my stay and was told to stay till after Xmas which was literally after our holiday.My son who just recently started crawling had to be confined to the cot as the carpets didn’t look clean at all.Not to mention the air conditioner which had so much dust and would make my allergies worse if we switched it on.I am very disappointed with my experience and will never use your services again.

Disappointed I couldn't extend my stay, even though i requested it prior to check-in, and had to find alternative accommodation for 1 night. Noise at night was a big drawback, both internally and externally

The property is currently being renovated and upgraded. I was in a room that had had some work done but wasn't fully renovated. It was lovely - very spacious, high ceilings, a balcony and a full kitchen. I'll definitely be staying here again.

The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating.

This is an old building but fully renovated and an excellent price for a one bedroom apartment in the centre of the city. Parking is in a commercial car park immediately across the road but very convenient. The only issue is that the desk isn’t manned and you need to let them know when you will arrive so someone can meet you.

Fantastic location and the apartment was well set out. The living space was a good size and comfortable. The down side was the bed. We were in apartment 4 and the bed was very springy. Made for a very poor nights sleep.

There was a big building under construction right in front of my window. I was woken up at 7 am with the noise of heavy machinery, I asked the receptionist to be moved to a different room that is not facing the construction site and was told that there were no other rooms available besides the family room, which was way more expensive and that I would have to pay the difference. The receptionist is the most frustrating person I've had to deal at a hotel, he could not answer even the simplest of questions without getting confused at the information he was providing (questions about room availability and such), told me that the noise shouldn't be an issue for me because it was only during daytime (from 7am to 5pm) despite the paper thin windows which would make anyone uncomfortable and when I asked for a refund for the second night I was told that they cannot issue a refund since they haven't touched the money so I should talk to HomeAway so they can give me my money back. This room must not be available for rent until the construction is finished, it's disrespectful and inconsiderate against the people who spend their time and money expecting to have a pleasant stay in the city. Slept terrible both nights, didn't enjoy my stay at all and was not offered any solution for the issue they created by renting a room that should not be rented in the first place.

Our stay at the Mansions was OK. The location is 11/10 and was the single most redeeming part of the stay. The value for money was also very good.Our room however could use an update. The light in the bathroom would turn off every 15 or so seconds making showering quite frustrating and the small TV in the living room was not what was expected. The construction going on right next door was annoying but is not the hotels fault. Could do with a refresh.

The mansions is conveniently situated near University tram stop in one direction and Rundle Mall on the other. It is an older property with good sized apartments. Loved the fresh linen and the fluffy towels. The pillows, six if needed, were great. The staff are very helpful.

My stay at Pulteney was comfortable and convenient. The kitchen was sufficient and most useful for me. The living space and bedroom were dimly lit, with little to no natural light. Overall, it was okay for a short stay especially if you are mostly out during the day and only come in to have dinner and go to bed. A cleaner comes in everyday which was unnecessary for me so, I turned down the service a couple of the days. My biggest misgiving was that wifi is limited 6GB for the 6 days I was there and it was very slow. For my work, that was not enough. I needed to upload and download large files and I was completely surprised that they limit wifi given that in this day and age every apartment and hotel I have been provide unlimited wifi.

Beautiful building in a perfect location for visit g Adelaide CBD so many shops and restaurants on the doorstep.
