Was in for a dental emergency and was exhausted after treatment. They were so helpful and allowed for an early check in so I could sleep after the 6 hour trip to Saskatoon.

It’s a nice hotel, we are there for hockey so we basically sleep there, shower and out. Very clean, nice staff, but this time the room furnace or fan was really loud. We have stayed here before and never notice that.
As well you are stuck watching cable tv only as doesn’t give you an option to change inputs if you bring a firestick or Xbox. We were in the room for so little time that it’s not really a problem but if you have kids specially young ones this might be an issue.

Looks like the hotel is renovating but it needs it. Rooms are old, beds are not comfortable and the bathrooms were dirty.

The hotel room was in sad need of updating. The toilet ran all night, the sink drained slowly, the carpet was downright filthy. The room smelled like a cigar or pipe tobacco and the heater did not work properly. This was all so disappointing as it did not match other Sandman sites where we have stayed. When I told the manager at the desk, they just shrugged their shoulders. The bed was clean, we were exhausted. We slept and left.

Bathroom needs a bit of maintenance, eg the shower rod needs to be fixed.

Nice hotel, clean, quiet. Secure as you need to have a card to get to your floor. Would definitely stay here again.

The hot tub was filthy and had scum around the edges. When the jets were turned on about 6 inches of foam formed on the top. There were no towels in the pool area and no one around to refill them. The room was not clean either

Pit stop in Saskatoon on our way to Edmonton. Good location, bar, food, breakfast connected to hotel. I felt housekeeping was not up to par, tv screen big smear, electrical outlet did not work in bathroom, shower unions spraying water everywhere, water did not drain fast from the tub when having shower. Queen bed seemed smaller than a normal queen-no tape measure to verify though.

The check-in experience was very good. The front desk clerk was helpful and accommodating as we had to fly out early in the morning. They called a cab so it would be waiting for us when we needed and the cost of leaving our car was much cheaper than any other parking company or hotel. The rooms need some updating and we’re not very clean looking (needed some serious elbow grease to clean them up). They looked a bit dingy and there were a few hairs in the tub and pink around the bathtub tiles.

Looks good on the outside but very old and musty on the inside. Not the cleanest. In the wee hours of the night there was someone screaming and knocking on the wall

I like that they reduced my bill when they found out I was in town for medical reasons. The front desk clerk told me about that policy when I was checking in.

I liked the location for easy accessibility for the event I was in town for. I like to eat at the Shark Club and the convenience it has to the Hotel.

Clean, even when full. Had a great stay. We stayed in the king suite with kitchenette. Loved it. Only no air conditioning in the hallways and elevators had no air circulation. Other than that, fantastic. Will stay there again.

Went to see Hozier at Sasktel place, great location to amenities. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Gym was great (need a few little maintenance tweaks), staff was polite.

The hotel smelled like dirty diapers. Sone kind of purple liquid dumped between the mattress in the bedroom which was very sticky.

Ac did not keep room cool. Tub drained super slow while showering. Hot tub pool closed.
