Not in the best part of town and the outside of the hotel looked a bit rough. But inside the rooms were nice. Bathroom was clean and efficient. Bed was not the best and the pillows were lumpy. All in all it was fine.

Jayne was so helpful and friendly, and she also took care of the breakfast room. Breakfast included, fruit, cereal, yogurt, toast, bagel, oatmeal, and waffles too!

Pros: fridge worked great, check in was easy, staff was friendly, price, location across from my son's college, quiet, breakfast (minimal but standard options such as waffle maker, bagels, cereal, muffin, banana, oatmeal)
Cons: Older building, couldn't open window even an inch to try and get some fresh air even though i could see other windows open. My reservation was for 4 people but there were only 2 towels. Not the best lighting in the room and no full length mirror to make sure dressed OK. Other than that it was decent for the price.

It is a loud hotel. Th locks are loud. The floors above squeak loudly. Not restful.

Our door handle was broken and we couldn’t get back into the room. I told the male desk male and he just sort of stared at me looking bewildered. They did eventually repair the problem. At breakfast, I was going to get a bowl of cereal, but all they had was paper plates, no bowls. The whole building could use some renovation.

This property was pretty run down and dirty. The room was smelly. Luckily we only needed it one night. The staff were not friendly or welcoming. Wont return.

Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Terrible smell in the room, old, towels had weird smell.

Cheap hotel the room was fine. There was a group of guys partying in the back of the parking lot kinda dark and creepy at the back side of the hotel

The rooms dont look as advertised, and the beds were cheap and springy. Check in was smooth and staff were friendly though.

The only issue we had throughout our stay was that it was a little dingy/outdated. The room was very clean and the staff was nice. It was great for what we needed and the price.

The hotel is basic, somewhat dated, and nothing extraordinary, to be sure. But, it was clean, the employees we interacted with were helpful and friendly, and it was affordable. It worked well for a quick one-night stay for our family.

Dead bugs on the bathroom floor. Broken picnic bench. No grass to be found. Mattress was old and broken down. Check in man was nice. Breakfast was ok.

The room was comfortable and pretty clean. Unfortunately the fan in the bathroom didn't work and the toilet was plugged. After calling the man on duty, he came and plunged it, it still didnot work, he wasnt concerned about the fan.
