The room smelled of cigarette smoke.

Over priced because of Price gouging because of the Taylor Swift concert. We paid $400 for one night. The room was filthy and everything was outdated. The refrigerator was rusty. I would not recommend staying here. Normally we stay at Hampton Inn and suites but they was all booked up.

When I get there there’s only half of roll of tissue and I needed more towels but I was told I had to go the front desk to get only one roll of tissue and more towels when I bring the dirty towels to them plus there wasn’t an Iron and I’m used to having iron in the Hotel rooms and on Saturday night my daughter was going out and there’s people hanging out in front the Hotel she had to say excuse me to get her car and on top of that’ you had people all around people cars… but the front desk person was very polite but y’all policy sucks

The property changed the policy regarding optional amenities during our stay causing us to have limited kitchen items. They were poor in the hospitality department, and also stopped serving breakfast in the middle of the week. No coffee for guests.

comfortable room, good handlebars for safe shower. fluffy towels. because this is extended stay there are no cups or glasses and no coffee pot in room. you have to request a "comfort package" and specify in addition to coffee pot. I am guessing you have to supply your own coffee or tea. a/c worked great.

Had 2 queen size beds, Left the room and couldn't get back inside because one of my keys wouldn't work.went to the front desk and they redid the key but now the other key didn't work and I wasn't the only person there for the same reason. Room appeared to be clean, but after looking there was a dead bug in corner of bed and some dust bunnies. Sheets seem clean. For the price I paid was not worth it.

I had a short stay but it was a quality place to stay. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was adequate. Set back from the street and quiet. Less than 10 minutes from the airport.

It was convenient towels were dirty and there was hair in bathroom. The back door wasn’t locked and marijuana was being smoked in back entry

Room was filled with roaches. Could not even unpack had to leave. Front desk said they would refund us, but have not seen it yet.

There’s two right next to each other, however we went to the wrong one first. You had to leave the parking area back into traffic to get to the other one, there no drive over. Once we gotten to the right one check in the other one called over i had left my favorite water bottle. She didn’t have to do it, but the lady walked it over! I did need it I thought that was special! The stay was really nice the staff was GREAT! I had booked two rooms but it was only showing one, then another lady asked did i placed the room in someone else name i did. It was found, going the extra mile means a lot to me and they went that extra mile. The rooms are basic and thats fine because you’re only sleeping there. The power had went out before we gotten there, it was back up however the elevators wasn’t working felt sorry for those that wasn’t on the 1st floor. As of this morning the elevator isn’t working.

The room had a very musty smell. They do not clean the rooms very good. Tons of trash was stuffed under the bed like food wrappers, drink bottles. The bathroom was the nicest area of it all. I will say nice showers, good water pressure and drainage unlike other hotels in the area

The front desk and staff were friendly and professional. They were awesome! The room we stayed in on the other hand had numerous small issues, AC was falling apart, missing lightbulbs, dirty (hair) in the bathtub. We were tired so instead of asking for another room we just cleaned up and settled in...

The room I stayed in was unappealing and had obvious discrepancies. The inside of the facility and the hallway leading up to my room were old and dated. What I got was definitely not what I was expecting from the photos that were posted on the website. I couldn't believe that I was paying over a hundred dollars for that room.

The front desk agent was wonderful! She was so friendly. I was disappointed in the condition of the hotel. It felt kind of sketchy.

No AC, no electricity... No generators, people trapped in the elevators.

There is rarely a front counter person. Someone is around in the back office area but I prefer an attendant at the desk to handle check in and check out.
Also the kitchenette has nothing like dinnerware or cooking ware etc. was expecting at least a coffee pot and coffee in the room. But the rooms are clean and the hallways are quite. Grounds around the facility are clean and in order.

I really wish I could give this place a -20. These rooms are highly outdated along with the appliances, telephone, & outdated A/C. I asked where’s the ice machine I was told they didn’t have one to use the 2 ice trays in the room. Save your money DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM. It’s cigarette butts all in front of the entrance of the hotel room.

The room we were assigned to the door wouldn’t open. Seemed to be latched from the inside and needed to go back done to report it. After being assigned a new room there was a weird noise that recurred through out the night from the refrigerator. Free breakfast consist of coffee, tea or hot chocolate with a muffin and granola bar.

This property is in terrible condition and smell of smoke is all over the place. It is very old building and needs a lot of work to come up to new standards. After check in the hotel, we had to call the receptionist who was also cleaning lady to clean tub of our room.
The floor was dirty as hell and i did not take off my shoes.

Clean hotel but needs some maintenance, The first room that we were given had a heater that sounded like it was going to take off, they moved us to another room that didn’t have a working TV & the microwave sparked when I used. I was told someone would be at the desk when I left even though it was early, no one was there when we left.

Needs a complete face lift.
