Our family had the worst experience at this resort. Three out of four of us suffered from severe food poisoning, with all three of us vomiting within a span of 30 minutes. Yet, the hotel completely denied any responsibility. Despite the fact that we only ate and stayed at their resort, they refused to acknowledge it was food poisoning, even going so far as to blame our illness on spending too much time in the sun. Their response was both shocking and dismissive.
To make matters worse, they threatened us with legal action if we shared our experience in a review. We checked out two days earlier than planned after they promised a refund for the unused nights, but unsurprisingly, we never received the refund.
This resort is not only negligent but also engages in dishonest practices. Avoid this place at all costs!

This is not a 5 star hotel. They are understaffed. You need to make your own table as they don’t have enough staff to service the guests. Queues for tables at meal time as not enough capacity. A la carte restaurants have minimal options, for example the italien for evening meal for children, spaghetti or spaghetti!!!! The facilities are dated. We were so excited to go to this hotel but we will not return.

The views are phenomenal, however the service was very lacking. The food was NOT good. We had to go into town rather than stay and eat for free just because of how bad it was. The room was nice but not stocked whatsoever as an “all inclusive” should be. We found ourselves hungry and thirsty on multiple occasions with nothing to drink or eat. If you book, book for views only.

Resort with potential, but with terrible service.
Most of the staff are unfriendly, unprofessional and even rude.
The administration is definitely doing a terrible job.
And I definitely made a terrible choice.

Terrible dining schedule. Needed to make reservations for eating. Room wasn't renovated. Shower drain was clogged. Shower tiles were cracked and water from the shower were leaking outside to the floor. AC was very weak.

Attitude of the whole staff,the quality of the food ,check in/ out process all were dissappointing.This hotel ,even with Raddisson name can not even recieve 3 stars with the existing management.

As soon as we walked into reception the welcome alone would have been enough to make us stay. We were shown to a beautiful bedroom with great views of the sea from the balcony. Can't praise the staff enough, nothing was too much trouble even though the hotel was due to close for the season. Perfect value for money. We will return
