From the moment we arrived the staff were so helpful. The woman on reception was such a great help, very welcoming and took time to explain everything. Breakfast was delicious with everything replenished at speed by the waiter. Check out was also very quick. Would definitely return. Hotel is in a great location by the Cathedral and has parking.

Excellent location in the heart of everything. Great room and bathroom. The breakfast selection is bad. The eggs were mixed with that wet ham that Spaniards love--we hate it. The coffee machine gave me barely-warm milk instead of hot coffee. The television worked only when it wanted to. The front desk tried to help.

The hotel is right opposite the cathedral. We were allowed an early check in at monsters cost and the lady at reception was delightful. Everything was wood, tiles, marble or stone; it was all well-used but it in a very decent state. Parking was feet away and the breakfast was first class.

Great location, central to all that Burgos has to offer while being outside of the nightlife so not as noisy when you’re trying to sleep. The only thing I would change is to update the bathroom and ameneties, which were not very good.

Very well situated, right next to the cathedral . Room was a bit dated and had two singles instead of a double bed. Don’t assume the water/snacks are free! All in all a little expensive for what you get.

A lovely hotel that's showing its age a little. However, the staff were extremely helpful, and the location is superb. If we were to return to Burgos we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very centrally located right in front of the beautiful cathedral. Very clean, reasonably priced for this location. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk personnel was very polite and helpful.

It was a very cold & windy two days we spent at the hotel. The reception staff are great. There is parking acress the street but no elevator, only stairs, and no bell service to help with luggage. The room had an amazing view of the Cathedral but is limited on services and amenities The hotel is close to many restaurants. Two problems for older english speaking guests is that there are a lot of stairs to go up and down outside the hotel and no english speaking channels on the TV. We ate at the buffet breakfast twice and it was fine with great views also. X44275

Breakfast available is not great. The fruit looked like it had been there more than a week. Receptionist at checking was not very nice as she made me wait until 3:00 pm exactly to checking.

Rooms are not modern but well kept and clean, staff was very good and friendly, helpful.
Right in front of the cathedral, walkable to historic center very nice area to visit, lots of good option to eat for lunch or dinner, we had one of the best meals in this city at Casa Pancho recommended by the staff.

This is an absolutely charming hotel with incredible views of the cathedral. The breakfast was very good, and the service impeccable. We need to get a taxi and the receptionist called one for us that arrived just steps away from the hotel. I highly recommend it.

The perfect location for the Cathedral, the castle & the old town. Views from the room were fabulous. A 3* traditional Spanish hotel. Very helpful at reception on arrival. Excellent adjacent underground parking (fee payable). Have booked a second night on return journey through Spain.

The only issue is having to buzz the door in order to get in at night. I go in and out a lot to smoke and so I had to keep pushing a button and asking to be let back in.

We booked a cathedral view room and it did not disappoint! Fabulous location, bars, shops and of course the cathedral all on your doorstep. Check in staff were lovely, gave me the opportunity to practise my Spanish and helped by keeping their responses simple then stepped in with English when I floundered - thank you! Highly recommend.

Our favourite hotel in Burgos. Great views of the cathedral and easy parking which is secure. Convenient for the historic centre bars and restaurants and for modern shops. Friendly helpful staff.

Location is great, right next to the Burgos Cathedral, this is a vintage hotel with typical European breakfast, however the noise from next door or upper level may transfer during midnight while quiet!
