This hotel was very friendly the room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, the staff worked with me when I had had issues with the thermostat, and when hotel staff learned why I was there they were very supportive, and I even extended my stay another day. And had no issues when I added a dog to my room. I would most definitely suggest anyone looking for a place to stay to go there, and if I am ever in the area again and needed a place to stay, I would most definitely go there.

The place was convenient for where we needed to be but of a quality I’d rather not stay at again. However, the front desk gent, Joseph, was amazing and made us feel so welcome and that overcame any shortcomings the place has. Thank you, Joseph!

Elevators were not working and no discount was offered due to inconvenience. Had to carry heavy luggage up to 3rd floor with a hurt shoulder. I understand things happens and equipment breaks, but a discount should have been provided.

Staff was excellent. However, the bedspread smelled stale. Holiday Inn needs to think about changing it’s detergent brand and have something with more deodorant or fragrance.

You can always count on Holiday inn Express. They are always clean and the staff is always friendly. The only thing I wish they would update is there technology. You cannot stream TV apps on their televisions because they are not smart TVs. You have to have a Roku with you in order to be able to do that. And you cannot charge your phone if you do not have a cube to bridge the gap between your charger cord and receptacle. There are no places that you can directly plug in a charger cord without using a cube.

Everything at this hotel was wonderful. I want to give special thanks to Joseph at the front desk. He was fantastic and is definitely an asset to this hotel and company.
