Was a decent hotel.

This lovely hotel, locate in the Plaza San Sebastián, is next to the botanical garden and close to restaurants and places for wine. The room was large and clean, the bed was comfy and the black-out blinds were so nice to have. We will stay here again!

Good location for city centre, quiet, clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was good.

Very nice, friendly team. Breakfast there is amazing and a great value (9 Euros for the buffet - as of Jan 2024. Lunch is also just perfect. One of the best places in the city (literally). Great location.. Very happy here and will definitely stay here again.

We found a cockroach in the bathroom of one of the rooms. The hotel wasn’t in a bad location, however the surroundings were deserted and seemed a bit unsafe with police cars patrolling the area.

Nice location and room. Kind and helpful staff. The room had a empty fridge, which you can use for your own drinks etc. Perfect! Also a good breakfast that wasn’t too expensive.

Hotel has a good location. Very friendly front desk people, not the same in the cafeteria place. It looks they don't clean the bathroom or the room, they just made the bed. We stayed a couple nights, but we won't stay again.

The staff was courteous and helpful. Our stay was made comfortable.

Site said laundry that they didn’t have and when we showed them the site they said they need to take that off!! Parking was 2.5 block away got a violation $60 trying to unload to get into hotel since they don’t even have a check in area. Television was so fuzzy couldn’t watch. There was active construction on site that was not mention so you couldn’t even come back to the room to rest. The cafe mention is a coffee machine. The soundproof walls are a joke people were so loud I could hear them even with ear plugs in I don’t think I slept 4 hours in 2 days.

Wonderful stay , excellent hotel, wonderful service. The room is small but efficiently designed, it was just a one night stay but I will consider this hotel for next time .

Really excellent hotel. Welcome at the front desk was warming and professional. Room was clean and fairly well equipped. Excellent location for the central area plus buses and metro. Restaurant breakfast was plentiful, didn't try lunch and dinner, maybe because it was winter, only avail on Fri and Sat. Negatives - couldn't find any international channels on room TV (not that we spent much time in the room anyway, so not a huge issue). The biggest negative was the tiny little plastic shampoo/shower gel sachets (and then no shelf to put them on in the shower) in the bathroom - come on..... in today's age of sustainable awareness which hotel has little plastic sachets of anything? Bulk dispensers on the shower stall wall are normal everywhere now. Odd.

The staff were great to us. They arranged taxi and always ready for a chat or request. Daily room service was just enough and efficient. Location is great to look around and have fun.

The staff were brilliant- friendly and incredibly helpful. I would definitely come again The only negative was that the bikes up for rental were not great. The staff did their best to accommodate though.

It was great! The friendliness and quality of service at the reception, the location, the food in the restaurant downstairs. I think this is the best value for money I ever had in any hotel. Did I mention the bed is huge (I’m 190cm tall)?!

Great place to stay in Valencia ! Super friendly staff. I got an upgrade on my room, and some really good explanations about the things to visit in the city center. The rooms are brand new, well equipped and the beds are super confortable. I Was lucky enough to stay in a superior suite, it was just unbelievable :) Breakfast is nice as well, worth the money. The location is pretty good. It’s not right in the city center, but it’s really close, and you can easily reach all the interesting stuff by feet or public transport. The rooms are just a bit noisy (especially when it’s windy outside) but overall I definitely recommend that place :)

Most noisy hotel we have ever stayed in. The neighbourhood was shabby although the hotel was not. Staff was very friendly although they did not in any way try to solve the noice problems. We were staying in a deluxe room so you expect the room to be flawless, but - The towels were taken but were not replaced so we had to ask for new ones twice - The room was not cleaned neither was the bathroom during the 5 day stay only the bed was made - The breakfast room was freezing cold the whole 5 days - Food at breakfast was very poor - You could here every little noice from the reception, the plates being restored in the breakfast room, talking, shoes clappering, slamming doors, just about everything and it drove me crazy when I wanted to rest a little after a long day of walking - There was construction work going on in the hotel and that was what disturbed us most. We were not informed about this and it was not stated at any website! It was as if we were at a construction site instead of a hotelroom.

The hotel is well located close to shops and restaurants. The staff were terrific and couldn’t do enough. The parking lot nearby is badly designed and extremely tight to manoeuvre.

Lovely small personal hotel just outside old town. Staff very friendly and helpful giving advice on transport and even recommending restaurants nearby. Comfort room was excellent with a powerful rain shower, fridge and Nespresso machine. Worth the extra cost. Extremely clean and well presented. Close to metro from airport and good bus links around the city.

The desk staff gave us an incredibly thorough orientation to the city, so we wasted no time before enjoying the city. Location is very close to the old city gate. Room spacious. Breakfast great. Highly recommend!

Amazing value hotel located at the edge of the historic town. 15 min walk to centre. It was clean and tidy. Good staff and decent sized superior rooms.
