The aircondition did not work. 32 degrees celsius in the room…Hard to sleep…And no one informed any one whats going on. Very happy we just stayed 2 nights. Our neighbours had stayed for almost a week with no aircondition…and no compensation.

Staff that became family immediately’ can’t say enough good things about Alex, tony, nano,leine amd Adele! Honestly had tears leaving!

We just got back from an Amazing vacation. The hotel was så pretty and clean. The room we got was Amazing too. But must off all the staff was Amazing. Tony and Alexander was so funny and made the stay even better.
The food was Good, there was a Good selection each day. We got cleaning everyday on the hotel room and the cleaning staff was so Nice.
Overall a perfect vacation! We Will surely return.

Amazing hotel with an incredible staff. Highly recommend this hotel for couples and adult families, not for single people. The service is excellent and food is very good too. I would go back!!!

The hotel is not a beach front or access to the beach. If you are not VIP you have access to one buffet. The al a carte restaurant couldn't accommodate us during our stay. The staff were not helpful at all. Drinks must be picked up from the bar, the waitstaff only brought water to the table. The snack bar is opened from 10 to 6 and the food must be eaten in front of staff can't be taken into the room. The air conditioning did not work in the room. We had to pay for transportation to and from the hotel upon arrival and departures.

This is an older property that has just been renovated and in places it was evident but the staff was extremely responsive and the stay was very enjoyable. I would recommend this it is a great value. The location is relatively convenient. I have say that the staff was top notch! Petra made our trip wonderful.

This was perhaps the most horrible experience ever. We have traveled all across Europe and never had an experience like this. The most unfriendly front desk clerk in the entire hospitality industry. He didn’t speak a word of English, couldn’t work the credit card machine, most of the time talking to himself. The room smelled of bug spray. We asked for a small taxi to go back to the airport. They ordered us the biggest van possible that charged us extra. I would highly NOT recommend this hotel.

I liked the fact that they had three pools. One thing I didn’t like is that I never managed to get a sun bed as they weren’t too many

All hotel staff very friendly! Very helpful and attentive.
The entertainment team is amazing! During the day they have lots of activities for you to get involved and in the evening they have a variety of game shows which are really funny.
My favourite shows are: The Rock Show, The 80’s & Disco Night which you can join in with the singing.
Gianluca, Lorren & Rachel are really energetic and very talented. They are also great fun to talk to! Find them at the end of the shows for a few laughs!

The great staff really make you welcome. Food was good and varied every day. Rooms were well cleaned every day. The adults only sunbeds at the beach side of the hotel was a real plus. Bar serve was always quick and with a smile.

Great food you cant get bored of.. waiters & bar staff are amazing. Chefs are 100% all about quality control, there tidy & shows there care about there job! Entertainers are fun

Lovely hotel, staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Food plentiful and varied, available at all times and restocked continuously. Very relaxed atmosphere. 2 pool areas with plenty of sun beds usual towel reservation in place! Pool towel hire available with refundable deposit. Evening entertainment poor.

I found this hotel did not live up to expectations. The design of the hotel is nice and the pool areas overlooking the sea were lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room was too small and claustrophobic. The bathroom was tiny and not in a good state of repair - cracked tiles, a pathetic dribbly shower etc. The air conditioning was noisy and ineffective. The Wifi connection was not reliable. I also feel aggrieved about being charged to use the room safe. Why charge your guests to keep their valuables secure? The biggest problem was the food, it was awful. The breakfast in particular was horrible. There was a great deal of variety offered but nothing that looked or tasted appealing. The wine was dreadful too.

Amazing Greek hospitality. Staff couldnt do more to accomodate. Stunning views and quality food. Family rooms a bit small and outdated but if you could book deluxe rooms. Inctedible infinity pools.Would recommend.

Just returned from a fab holiday. Pools were fab, food delicious the best AI we have ever had and I am extremely fussy. Rooms were fine, lovely and clean but a little small for a family of 4 but we coped. Kids loved it, views were amazing would highly recommend this hotel and location.

Great hotel with friendly staff and great beach. Food was excellent. Don't hire a quad from the rental place next to the hotel (false advertising to get you in) other than that I'd recommend this place

We spent 4 days at the Sentido Louis Plagos with an all-inclusive package. We had a wonderful time, much of it at the hotel / resort but also exploring the island. The hotel does not have direct access to the beach but a short 200 yard/meter "expedition" brought us to a wonderful sandy beach, so the lack of a beach directly accessible from the hotel wasn't an issue at all. The hotel had fun activities for little kids but could use some organized activities for older kids (ours is 11).

Absolutely wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The facilities and food are good, the infinity pools outstanding. The staff are some of the best of anywhere we have been in the World. Always smiling, helpful & happy - would love to go back & see everyone again next year. The best thing was that all-inclusive really meant all-inclusive - no nasty surprises in your bill at the end of the week when it came to paying. The only gripe is that bizarrely you have to pay for the use of a very small safe in the room - surely that should come free as part of the deal - as it is tiny anyway! Overall an absolute joy & we will be back.

Amazing hotel, we were traveling with our 2 year old and couple of friends with their 2 year old and had the pool side room.
Staff was very kind, room was brand new, we had our own private pool, what else can you wish for?

Hotel was amazing better than the pictures. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The pool was good. Had things for our baby to do. Only thing was good wasn't the best but I loved my stay over all!

Hassle free apart from trying to get a soft drink after midnight when the hotal is like a ghost ship ! - Not even an option to purchase one outside of the all inclusive plan. The food was perfctly edible. Room was fine and had a lovely view. Far too many steps for anyone with walking/climbing problems

This was a great hotel, in an amazing location. The nearby town is awesome. We rented an ATV and drove most of the island to see all the beaches, and agreed we were in the best location. Service was great; food was delicious. The infinity pools were gorgeous, and swimming in the sea at the hotel was wonderful too! Our only issue was that the rooms were really noisy. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms very clean. But the walls are a bit thin, and the cleaning staff in the morning are really loud. But other than that, its a great place.

Hotel and facilities are very good. Only downside is that they don't clean rooms on a Sunday.

Really just 3 star at best. Room was tiny and we had to move to a bigger one. Rooms are really basic, barely 3 star really. Buffet food very basic and repetative.
One positive is staff who were very friendly and entertainment team who were really great and our daughter loved. If you want friendly staff, a swimming pool and simple roooms and food, fine. We expected alot more.
