Apparently when we went in early Sept, it was their "off" season so they didn't have a lot of staff on hand. I remember going here before and they had fun activities in the pool and I was really looking forward to that on this trip. I think they should have it notated somewhere that it's off season, etc, so people can plan accordingly.

The hotel itself is not bad. The lighting in our room was terrible and as soon as we got there they tried to get us to sit in a presentation at another hotel. But for the low rate that we paid i think it was definitely worth it.

Found a bottle of empty can of pop on top of the closet, AC was pretty loud and a funny smell from the vent. I felt that the bed is now overused that we were sinking, the good side is the property is right at the marina. If you’re not that picky you’ll be ok, I like the pool. Beware after check-in someone will greet you asking your name to sign up - It’s not mandatory!!!! As the lady said! It’s time share! As VIP member they didn’t bother upgrading our stay even it’s not busy - hardly see anyone in the property.

Very accessible and super cleans nice service

The hotel personnel was unable to fix door locks of my hotel room for 4 consecutive days where I had to address the issue numerous times EVERY DAY.

Great location and service

This property was a lot of fun! The staff were all excellent, except for the final Bellman, who broke the handle off my rolling suitcase when he threw it in the back of the vehicle on our way to the airport to depart. Other than that everyone was wonderful, we had a lot of fun at the pool, we loved it there Breakfast buffet out by the pool. The food was amazing and there was a large assortment of stuff. We went up to the sky bar, called Cielo one evening, and listened to music and had a good time until a fight irrupt it with some people that look like they were on drugs. Lol but they got rid of them very quickly. It was just a super fun place and we loved our room. We look out over the marina and a lot of beautiful boats. We walked everywhere to eat to shop to drink and to check out the area. Overall, it was really a great trip. I made a couple of 4 stars instead of five. But all in all, I would definitely stay there again. I hope to stay there again, and I would always recommend it to friends that we’re heading to Cabo.

Jacuzzi No working same time

Staff was friendly and the door keepers were very kind. However, the beds were so uncomfortable and hard to sleep in. At the end of the stay, they try to charger you some “optional “ fees that I was never told they were optional.

Property is dated and very noisy. Hotel charges for everything and their prices are expensive.

My credit card was lost and reported as such. Someone booked a room here with my lost credit card. I notified the Resort after a notice was sent to me and they disregarded my fraud report to them. Bank has been notified of the fraudulent charge.

Food was good and service was excellent

Frank was great and attentive as well as the rest of the team.

We liked the location of Marina Fiesta - several restaurants within walking distance, walking to bars, shopping and a grocery store with a 2 block radius. However the property is dated everywhere, lobbies, bathrooms, Even the pool. The floor in our room needed mopping….we had the same few dirty spots on the floor the entire week. We got fresh towels and our bed linens changed daily but the floor was not mopped while we were there for 7 nights The bar and wait staff were very friendly and attentive

This used to be our favorite place to stay but it has really gone downhill. Our room had these little flying bugs and we also found a dead cockroach. We asked them to spray the room but it never happened. Also the toilet stopped working and the bathroom door handle was broken. They did fix these two issues. Also the room floor was very dirty, it seems that they don’t mop the floors. Our socks were very dirty from walking aroind the room. Lastly when we were at the pool drinking an energy drink we were told we could not consume outside food, this is freaking ridiculous. I paid for my visit so I should be able to bring in whatever food or drink I want. I’ll never stay here again. Avoid this dump at all costs.

I liked that it was close to downtown. I don’t like that they try to get you to do a timeshare presentation as soon as you arrive. Additionally I found it inappropriate that we were specifically told we could NOT have beverages or food at the pool area but yet others were not given the same speech and ate their chips from the store and canned drinks without being told anything …

Right in the heart of the marina, great place to stay.

As part of the registration process, they pushed time share. I don’t think they should do this. Outside the hotel, I can accept advertisements, but not in the hotel as part of the registration process. Worse yet, one of the staff (Cortez) at the time share place (Corazon) was not very professional. When we told them that we do not want their program, he got upset.

Very nice people and location.

Our family of four with two toddlers had a great time at this resort. The condo style rooms are perfect for having more space than a traditional motel room and the kitchen makes traveling with kids more manageable. We enjoyed the location - short walk to the beach and water activities leaving from the marina.

Always stay at the Marina Fiesta. Great service, nice rooms and the location can't be beat for access to the marina area.

The property has a great location. Other than that hotel needs to be upgraded and staff needs to be friendly. Be aware of the $50 promotion per stay its a joke!! The resort wil not honor it.

The location is fantastic. Right at the marina. You have many dining options within walking distance. The service at the pool area was very slow. Good option for the price paid.

Nice resort, great amenities. Unfortunately wasted so much of our limited time trying to sell us a shared time. Besides that it had a great location and really nice views.
