My room had no ventilation and no phone. I was told once I complained that my room should not have been rented out because it was not up to standard because there were so many issues with the room. I was told by Danica that I would be getting a refund once I checked out and then was told that I needed to contact Hotels.com for a refund. I honestly would never stay there again

There were spiders hairs and webs in the bathroom shower so we didn’t use it. I put the do not disturb in the door and they came in and made the beds anyway. Note they only came in made the beds and left, didn’t change the trash clean anything at all

This was nicely located and close to many great options for shopping and dining. It was good for what we needed, however our room was right behind the elevators and next to the linen closet, so it was constantly noisy. I recommend not getting any rooms ending in *14 on any of the floors. Other than that, staff was kind and friendly and the breakfast was wonderful for our family. There was plenty of parking even though the back was blocked off for building maintenance/upkeep during the duration of our stay. When checking out, we were never asked how our stay was... which I thought was odd.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The staff was very polite and attentive! The breakfast was the cherry on top we stayed for 2 nights and got different options both days all 4 of our kids was satisfied. The only thing some wouldn’t be pleased with is the pool it’s very small plus outdoors. We was visiting a Waterpark Big Kahunas (that’s another review 6.5/10) so that wasn’t an issue for us. So 10/10 we recommend!!!

I just didn't like it because the handicapped rooms don't have a dressing table and when you're going to stay for several days it would be good to take your clothes out of your suitcase and there is no ice machine on the floors you have to go to the counter every time you need it and ask for ice. The rest is very good.

The staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. The property appeared to be pretty well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also including with our stay which was a great start to each day. We had a nice visit.

We stayed here 2 nights . The room was very clean and spacious. My daughter and husband enjoyed the pool. The complimentary breakfast was also great. We will definitely be staying here again

This hotel was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable! We felt the room was an exceptional value for the price. Very nice place to stay in an area that can be a bit hit or miss (we definitely recommend Mount Laurel for hotels over nearby Chester etc.)

Good, clean, everything was nice, air conditioning was solid (which is sadly hit-and-miss around Cherry Hill area). Loved letting my daughters play in the pool at the end of a long, hot day. Would have eagerly stayed again on the return leg of our trip if the price had been right.

We checked in and found our bathroom hadn't been cleaned. There were literally dark footprints on the tile and the tub bottom was visibly dirty. The front desk person quickly moved us to another room, but we were disappointed to find that its bathroom was also soiled. The walls were streaked with some sort of shampoo/ snot substance and the toilet had not been cleaned. The sink in the room had no hot water, the comforter was stained yellow, and the carpet smelled a bit moldy. We were confused as the front desk attendant insisted the rooms were newly remodeled. This was a really disappointing stay.

Clean, beautiful room. Perfect stay for our small family of 3 in the king room, our 12 yo enjoyed the bit of privacy wall for his couch bed area. Lots of drawers, hooks, ottomans. Room was very clean and updated, modern art, clean bathroom. Hair dryer, ironing board, mini fridge and shampoo/body wash in room. Bed and couch were very comfortable and great place to settle in at the end of a long day. This will be our go to! Breakfast in the morning was fabulous with a wide variety of foods and service was top notch.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but our bathroom door would not lock and the deadbolt on the hotel door would stick and take us a few minutes before we could leave our room. Definitely a fire hazard! Also, the charging and electric socket falls off the wall and you can see they tried to duct tape wires below but everything is hanging off. They said breakfast was until 9:30am but at 9:05 they announced they were cleaning up breakfast. When I went at 9:20 to grab a yogurt everything was gone already. If breakfast is served until 9:30 it should at least be out (maybe not replenished) until then.

I was treated like trash because I booked through a third party Hotels.com. None of the ice machines work on any floor and you can't access the on demand movie rentals.
