The room service did not clean the room every day. The elevators were not always working.
4.3
Really liked the room , everything was very clean. The bathroom had no fan that was the only negative.
4.3
Many things were not available such as TV Guide. My hair dryer did not work. It was not a pencil or paper in the room. We could not eat lunch at 2 PM anywhere. There was no communication on the TV of what was going on at the hotel. The TV should give information of what was going on and what was available.

I stay up here at least a few times per year to enjoy the views and the October Fest! Great times and great facility!

Beautiful resort. The views are amazing. The staff is friendly. The restaurant was excellent.
The only negative are the drains in the bathroom are slow and they back up.

We had a great time, and the kids enjoyed the rides and activities at the Snowbird Center. The hiking and tram ride to Hidden Peak at 11,000 ft was breathtaking! Fantastic property with friendly staff and excellent service. Five stars!
4.3
Absolutely beautiful property all around! From the modern rooms, the views, the pool and hot tub options to coffee in the atrium and food from SeventyOne!
4.3
Real nice accommodations and property. Spectacular views all around in a beautiful area

Incredible hotel with many amenities. We looked at staying at the other lodges in this area and once we arrived we we thrilled we stayed here. The location is amazing with an incredible scenery. It has a flowing river right next to it which adds to the ambiance. It also has a path that directly connects to the Snowbird Center where all of the activities are. Also, the pool and hot tub views are like no other!

The property was fine. The parking isn’t easy. The restaurants should stay open later then 10pm, especially the bar area should least stay open tell 1:00am. Overall it’s a great resort.
4.3
Overall the hotel is very nice and the restaurants have good food. The layout of the hotel is a little confusing but it really doesn’t matter much. Overall I would recommend the hotel again to anyone

Location was good. Close to Peruvian lift and tram. Walk out and ski/ride down to the lifts and tram. Far from gad lifts. Once you get to the gad area, you have to take a long traverse to get back that isn’t very easy to follow. It’s kind of difficult to navigate at first.
Food options are lagging. They have a restaurant called seventy one that is open all day. Very average with sub par service. I found sitting in the lounge area is where you get the best service. The Aerie is a fine dining restaurant on the top floor. Only open for dinner. Service is slow but food is pretty good. I did not try the atrium but that one is available too in the morning.
The spa is ok, very average nothing special.
Lots of families and kids running around.

The room was hot and unable to get lower. The room was very clean. The 71 restaurant was expensive and so-so. The spa required reservations but width severally restricted numbers. All the while people were sneaking into class?!?!
The restaurants required reservations but also accepted walk-ins?

I went for a solo staycation spa day and truly enjoyed the hotel and spa. Only downside was trying to sleep in and they were doing avalanche control at 6:45, that will wake you up quickly. And the maid knocked on the door every 20 minutes starting at 8:00 am. But, I highly recommend that spa to anyone!

The Cliff Lodge is in one of Utah's most spectacular settings, with lots of activities within a few minutes' walk. The rooms are big, clean, and very comfortable.
4.3
Absolutely awful stay at this supposed 4-star property. The property is beautiful and the massive atrium impressive, but that's about all the upscale benefit you will get. The room was spartan and cheap, worse there was no heat. The entire heating system (electric baseboard) was off. The room never got above 63 degrees, freezing the whole time. And we were awakened at 8:15 AM by housekeeping banging on the door and then barging into the room.
Our group dinner at the pricey rooftop Aerie Restaurant was an unbelievable disaster. Despite there seeming to be adequate staff and the place only about half full, our group of 10 got a round of drinks, but then wasn't able to even get an appetizer or food order in for almost another hour the service was so awful. We then, after leaving our table to walk in to the adjacent bar to be able to get another round of drinks ourselves, waited another hour for food to start showing up, but the entrees were served in serial fashion a few at a time, with the last entree served so late that it was simply boxed up for the person to just take to the room after over 3 hours of waiting. We literally were getting ourselves water and cutlery and glasses and whatnot from the server's stations.
If you are going to drop almost $400 per night per room and $150 or so for dinner and drinks don't even think about doing it here. Stay at Alta and come on down and sit in the super-cool atrium with a boxed lunch and a tall boy and save your money!

Not the place to stay if you plan to sleep at all. Very loud people in the halls until 1AM. And then once in their room-could hear them well enough to know each of their names. Also they were staying there with friends across the hall. And they slammed their doors as going back and forth. Slept VERY little.
4.3
You know… for the price of the stay that I imagine goes up in rate for others that do not use Expedia. The rooms are old and out dated. The pool area… though the view is nice it would be better if the hot tubs actually worked. The price to park your car as a guest… that’s ridiculous. Charge those who are coming for events and not your guests.

This was our first time spending the night in the Snowbird area. We were there for Oktoberfest. Check in was seamless. Brandon at the front desk was awesome. The Spa is amazing. The room was very clean and amenities were great. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely return.
4.3
Quiet, spacious, beautifully situated property. Midweek in summer many activities not available though. Reservation policy for day passes to spa ridiculous, as were reservation requirements for the two restaurants on site with deposits that could be lost if changes made within 24 hours. The Oriental and Native American rugs decorating the atrium were also missing - hope they are just being cleaned. Updated rooms much appreciated! Front desk staff very helpful with check-in and late check-out. Atrium restaurant should have stayed open for lunch - no lunch options in the hotel during the week - and the trek to the Snowbird Center is not handicapped accessible for my mother. I had to walk over and bring sandwiches back (which were good - General Grits!) Handicapped parking convenient - much appreciated.

Everything was amazing and the staff were all friendly and helpful.
4.3
The surrounding area is spectacular! Can't wait to come back and spend more time by the pool and hiking.
4.3
We were able to upgrade to the ninth floor which included unlimited access to the spa facilities. The rooftop hot tub can’t be beat.
4.3
Good view of the mountain.
Sink slow which was fixed; no house keeping; outside surroundings of front entrance gloomy; parking too far.
4.3
First off BEAUTIFUL location the drive up the canyon is stunning!! Huge elevation gain so be prepared for ear popping. I paid extra for the mountain view and it was worth the little extra. Beds are super soft! Parking was awful you have to park away from the hotel be aware of that. If you light sensitive bring a covering for sleep the light from the hallway shines in and the walls are thin we could teenagers up laughing and again in the morning. The adult pool on the top floor is awesome but again cost extra and needs reservations. I will stay here again because of the atmosphere. Picture is from the room great view.
4.3
Great overall, disappointed with the hours for food and drinks. 10pm is very early to stop serving any type of food or drinks.
4.3
Property was clean, rooms were clean, staff was extremely friendly. I wish there had been more options on room sizes, for example an upgraded suite.
4.3
Super convenient for skiing - rentals on the property, complimentary ski lockers, and mountain right outside the door.
4.3
Nice hotel for what it is. Breakfast closes at 11 AM, but is really nice if you can catch it. We arrived late AM, and there wasn’t anywhere to get lunch. The front desk female was not friendly at all (she has like black and white hair with tattoos and a nose ring I think). I wouldn’t ask her for anything, because she won’t help. Our beds weren’t too comfortable. My husband is 6’1 and 200 lbs, totally sank in the bed. Most rooms are 2 queens, and a king is difficult to come by. The upstairs spa is very similar to a Korean spa. Demo shop downstairs is geared for skiers. Lockers downstairs for gear is convenient. Overall a good 3 star hotel. Would come back for the fresh orange juice in the AM and chocolate croissants.
