Lamp not working in room and air conditioning smelled mildew

It was a fairly nice hotel. The breakfast was running low at 8 in morning and they did not replenish. Close to freeway but I didn't hear it at all.

Room had dirty sock under bed , toliet lid need replaced bed was clean but uncomfortable, the breakfast was super small the juice had chunks in it was nasty

I won’t be coming back to this place, they charged me twice for the room and I ended up having to use a different card to pay for it because they said the first one didn’t go through when it actually did. They didn’t have the baby crib I requested- they said they don’t have cribs but it’s on their website that they do have them, I would have stayed somewhere else had I known their website was providing false information

I arrived at the hotel and paid for a room early in the morning. My car had been wrecked in a rollover accident on the I-5 the night before, so I had to wait outside on a bench with all my belongings and three dogs until check-in time at 3:00 PM. After waiting all day, I finally checked in. About 15 minutes later, as soon as I got to the room, there was a knock on the door. It was the manager. He told me I had to leave immediately. I was shocked. I had just checked in after waiting outside all day. When I asked him why, he said another guest had complained that someone looked "homeless." I explained that it was probably because I had just been in a rollover accident the night before and had no way to put my luggage anywhere else. Instead of understanding, he immediately started calling the police. I couldn’t believe it. I was 1,000 miles away from home with nowhere else to go, exhausted and still shaken up from the accident, just hoping to take a shower and rest. This man, who claimed to be the owner, treated me like trash and had me thrown out simply because of someone else's perception. I have never been treated so poorly in my life, especially after such a traumatic experience. It was cruel and completely unjust.

Our stay was top notch from the start. Room was clean and sufficient for our needs. No issues. Would stay again.

Noisy, working outside our room until 11.30 pm. Only stopped after telling them too

The room (120) smelt horrible (reeked of mold/mildew). Shower has visible mold and the room is run down horribly bad. The property is rundown and in disrepair, while staying there they had no water and no hot water at one point. When talked to the front desk about issues and concerns was just told “OK”. The “be back in 10 minutes” sign was up for a great majority of the day with no one at the desk day/night. The side door key entrance didn’t work once you tried to get back in. Was told yes it hasn’t worked in a LONG Period, and to prop the door open (unsafe and scary). They charged me a premium dollar room rate for a dump (motel 6 is a better room/option) and they charged me an extra $25.00 for my ADA dog.

During checking in reception did not explain anything including the breakfast information.then ever time we had to use our key card to get back in to our room it was a joke. When we went to the pool it was horrible you couldn’t hardly breathe from poor ventilation also they didn’t have any towels available made for a cold walk back.and I think my main problem is the whole motel smells like a pot house

The property was a little run down. Breakfast was ok. I would stay there again.

When I check in power in that area of town went out, was able to get to my room as the hotel had a "short term" generator. Though, unfortunately, the generator shut its self down after an hour of providing power. So, the whole hotel was without power, including access to doors or rooms. Unfortunate events, led to Unfortunate experiences.

Property very run down and in kept. Carpeting in hall ways bumping up for trip hazard. No towels in pool area. Noisy. Had to wait 15 minutes for checkin person to even acknowledge us.

Check in staff very personable and accommodating

Walls were dirty, caulking was moldy, hallways smelled bad. Will definitely choose the holiday inn next time.

The room was very comfortable. We had a nice time. The facility could use some renovations other than that. It was a nice stay.

The hotel was beautiful. We used the pool, it was a little chilly but nice. We really enjoied the hot tub. Slept well, very comfortable beds

This hotel was perfect for our family. Right off the highway and situated next to restaurants. Very comfortable and clean. Also has an indoor pool and hottub.

Property is right off interstate with nice hottub n pool. The free breakfast was great with many items. The staff was friendly and you could walk to several dining options!

I waited in the front foyer for 1 1/2 hours for the 3 pm check in time while other people came in after me and were checked in. The 2 staff members working at the checkin desk bickered loudly for over an hour. Not friendly or professional!

The staff were very nice and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Pet friendly too! Nice breakfast

The toilet seat looked someone took sand paper or chemicals to it. The shower curtain was badly bent down causing the curtain to slide to the center, plus the curtain had 3of the holes ripped. The lobby had horrble chemical smell coming from the pool.

The bathtub did not drain when showering. I am wondering if they bothered to clean it between guests, as they would have noticed it wasn't draining when cleaning it. The light in the room with the shower did not work either. Was too damn tired to deal with the management.

We loved our room. It was very spacious and had a little seating area. The bed was a little hard but we made due. We loved that there were more than just 4 pillows on the bed since we both tend to sleep with multiple at night. The only thing we that disappointed us a little was the swimming pool wasn't heated and was very cold. It also had some floating "debris" aka hair in it but that happens. There also were no pool towels and we were told by the front desk to make sure and "reuse" the "regular" towels they gave us if we used the swimming facilities multiple times during that evening.
