I stay here often for the convenience of work and restaurants nearby. The check in is always easy. However, the place is tired. Really tired. The carpets are filthy and worn and the round curtain rods droop down and the shower curtain goes to the middle getting water on the floor and your bath mat. It's decent priced but really really worn.

Property odd conveniently located with many dining options around. Property is good. For airport transfers, you need to call the front desk so that they will send the shuttle. Keep this in mind. Shuttle won’t run by itself.

Real pillows would be nice. There were 5 small pillows on the bed and no option for a true pillow was available. While it might look decoratively appealing, the person who made the design decision has apparently never stayed in a hotel. Please tell them to think of these things from the customer's perspective and not of their own tastes.

This hotel is in such bad condition. 1st off is they offer airport shuttle, but fail to mention it is done at 9:30pm. I called at 10pm 5 times till it went to voicemail and the 6th someone answered. It would appear the vacuum is broken as the hallways and my room hadn’t seen a vacuum in a long time. The outside of my tub and clear packing tape hold a piece of it together. Tops of furniture is grubby. The door to the bathroom around the handle had finger stains all around it, looked reddish. Disgusting. Wallpaper peeling in the bath. Run down doesn’t even come close to describing how awful the condition of the hotel.

My bedroom did not get clean the time I stayed in and nothing was available for breakfast even though I was told breakfast was included I arrived at 9 am and there was barely something to eat very unhappy overall

The staff is so nice! That’s what made this stay tolerable for us. The property was very run down. Our room smelled like wet dog. I wanted to vomit. There weren’t any bed bugs or bugs in the room. The indoor pool area was like a sauna as if using the room itself to keep the pool warm enough because the water was cold. The pool was tiny and had dead bugs. The warm breakfast was nice, but cooked by microwave.

Not clean. Bathroom bath tub had rust in its door was broken, closet had wood chipped, marks all over walls. Smelled very damp. AC was covered in dust.

The staff was really nice, but the hotel itself is worn down. The noise was also another issue, my husband walked off the elevator and saw someone having sex with the door opened. So needless to say, I will not be returning.

This place exceeded all expectations for the price and convenience. Sheets and beds were very comfy, staff was friendly and helpful in getting me to the airport the next day. Even though the area isn't very walkable, there is a cute cafe and bakery very nearby that I was able to walk to.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this comfort suites! The hotel is somewhat dated, but overall clean. Spacious rooms, decent free breakfast, and my kids loved the pool after a long day of sight seeing in the heat. It was quiet at night, there is plenty of shopping and dining options nearby, even within a short walk. The only negative that I could find is that the parking lot is small,b ut we was able to find parking with no real issue each time we came back.

Carpets were dirty and there is an intense smell of disinfectant or something to cover it up. The pool was closed and staff was never at the front desk because they are short handed.

My child had a soccer tournament Saturday/Sunday but we decided to go Friday to enjoy the pool. We got there Friday and were told that the pool was being fill with water. Saturday was going to be open. Saturday morning we were told that the pool was being paint. We were very disappointed about the lies. We picked this hotel because of the pool. Expedia try to get some type of compensation but the hotel did not want to do anything. This is the first time I am having issues with a hotel.

Chwcked in, asked about the pool, was told it was closed THAT night and would be working in the morning. 9am checked again and was told pool opens at 10am, no exceptions. Checked at 10am, pool closed and told she cant do anything since she isnt a maintenance person. Drove 1.5 hours with a 2 and 5 year old for the indoor pool and got nothing but dirty carpets in the room, dirty ice machine, 11am check out with $25 per hour as late check out. Not worth it. Stay someplace else.

Pros:
The staff is very friendly and helpful, they should be commended for working in that dump.
The location is excellent, right near 28, 50 tons of restaurants and bars, shopping, groceries.
Rooms have a mini fridge, microwave.

Breakfast is provided but horrible. Premade omelets, sausage etc.
Window coverings do not block out the light.
A/C is old and my first room, 408, was broken.
I had to ask to be moved and they gave me 402. Dirty carpet, filthy old couch, busted shower A/C did work but not well.
Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable, king bed was meh.
Do yourself a favor spend $20 more and stay somewhere else!

In and out. Quick stay. Clean, comfortable. Out early so did not have breakfast. Desk clerk was very efficient and nice. Asked if I liked hiking and was going to offer ideas for good trails.

I stayed with my service dog for one night before our flight. Free laundry, pool, gym, printer & wifi.. it’s clean and nearby lots of shopping (grocery, cafes, etc)
