We had an excellent stay.

NOTE: Airport shuttle only runs for 2:10 PM on weekdays only !!!! Convenient, though hard to find location near the airport. Room was smaller than comparable holiday inn express we stayed in the previous night. Staff was helpful.

This property did updates as well! I always pic this area when traveling to Columbus!! Very say area, close to restaurants and main attractions in the area! Staff always great, rooms are always clean and relaxed stay!!!❤️❤️

I stay at Holiday Inn Express every time I go to Gahana! It is always clean, comfortable and close to the Columbus airport. But the deciding factor for me is the friendliness and accommodating staff that this particular hotel has! Even the breakfast staff are amazing and helpful.

Hotel is located near some restaurants and retail locations. The staff was friendly. The rooms were worn down, with loud and inconsistent air conditioning and minimal amenities. Beds were fairly comfortable. Highway noise was noticeable. Breakfast was pretty good with options and decent taste compared to similar type hotels. Shuttle service does not run on weekends.

The room is comfortable, clean, laid out in such a way to promote easy use and comfort. I enjoyed having the toiletry items in the bathroom and the Keurig machine was a bonus.

The hotel was not bad. It seems like it's an older hotel so some things weren't updated. My dad and I saw what looked like bloodstains on the doors inside and outside. Otherwise everything we needed to use was well-maintained and functioning. Good enough for what we needed.

Wonderful place to stay. Close to airport. Only issue is that their shuttle to the airport only goes from 6am-10pm. My flight came in late at 3 am and they had no one to pick me up. Wish they stated their shuttle hours on website.

Everything was Great, except the TV 📺 . The only thing I did not like was the TV set up the cable was weird and hard to change channels so I just opted not to Watch
But the people were friendly. The service was great. The breakfast was delicious. Everything else was fine thank you Holiday Inn. 😁

We booked this room because we had an early flight. Had to get up at 3 in the morning. Unfortunately we did not sleep at all. The person in the room beside us had the TV blasting all night long

I was disappointed they do not run the airport shuttle on Saturday or Sunday, the proximity to the airport was the reason I chose the hotel.

Everything was pretty good, except that there were no extra blankets or pillows for the couch-bed, so I had to ask for it.
Also, the breakfast buffet ran out of fruit, which was actually the only good healthy choice. NO whole grains (unless raisin-bran would count), load of sugar in almost everything. I had seen turkey sausage on the online ad, but all the meat choices were pork, and full of cholesterol. Perhaps it should be realized that there are a growing number of people who do NOT eat pork products.
