Staff were very nice. They answered all questions that we had. My only issue was the hotel was a bit nasty. The refrigerator had rust spots all on the sides of it, the bedsheet has stains all over it, and the towels has stains on them. I read reviews about saying there was a smell but I didn’t have that issue at all. It actually smelled good in the lobby and in our room. I would stay here again if I was in a pinch.

Let me start by saying the front desk staff here is always 100%. They are very kind and open to helping when they can. My partner and myself have stayed at this location a few times on the last 6 years (under his name and under mine ) and I'm sad to say it seems to have gone downhill in the last few years. We tried another hotel across the street last year and opted to give this one another shot this year due to the full kitchen. (We come into town for Lost Lands and prefer to have the option to cook for ourselves) This most recent stay was not great. Unfortunately the room was very very damp and had a strong musty odor coming from the carpet, very similar to an old sock, which we assumed was due to the air conditioner and general lack of ventilation for the room. We did ask the front desk if they happen to have any of those odor absorbing gel buckets or moisture removers and they did happily provide a dehumidifier to help us. We did have to pick up a room spray while we were grabbing groceries. Which helped make the room tolerable while we were there. The overall cleanliness of this location has gotten worse. This stay for us did have is cleaning kitchen surfaces and dishes before use. This hotel just needs a deep thorough cleaning and it would be 10x better, to be honest. The walls are very dirty, there is just dirt/grime build up in cracks and crevices. Almost every surface seems to have a film on it. Anything that circulates air has significant dust buildup.

The staff that assisted when arriving were friendly and kind, very informative and helpful. My wife & I found the accomdations to be comfortable and we could easily stay here again. One displeasure was the hotel charged $10 to park, unless one joins their Sonesta Travel program. The location didn't appear to warrant such a fee (it wasn't, for example, located (downtown), and the parking lot could withstand some slight improvements.

I’m on the road all the time. I’d pass on this property… old, pretty beat up and some really strong smells as well as not the cleanest place. For the same price point - you can do better. Air units are old and don’t really work as well.

Location is generally good. Rooms and decor are very dated. Disappointed with lack of complimentary continental breakfast. Coffee only.

The check-in was quick and easy. I did like that the parking lot was well lit and in good condition. The room had a kitchen as depicted on the website. The condition of the room was less than acceptable. There were spider webs in the corners near the ceiling, on the recliner, and on the lampshade. There was plaster damage on the ceiling and the desk had detached from the wall. Upon check-out, the desk clerk asked me to rate all 10's if I submit a hotel review. I would not recommend this location based on the overall hotel condition.

Guy checked me in was great. . Service was great . Was there a breakfast ? I never heard of one. The shower didn’t get hot , barely warm and the soaps were the worst I’ve seen yet

The hotel was very clean and a great no-frills option for a clean place to rest. Conveniently located near grocery and food options, as well as highways.

Sheets very worn and room didn’t feel terribly clean. But the guy at the front desk was great. Needed to single him out And we liked that there was popcorn and coffee !

The stay felt more like a home stay with a kitchen, refrigerator and dishes. We liked that. There are only one bed in the rooms. We did not know this, but it worked out fine.
