Just a quick overnight stay on a long road trip…perfect for what we needed. Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING, and the attendant was super sweet and attentive!

Our room smelled terrible of dog. Brought to attention of the desk staff and was told the only other room available was a room that smelled like smoke.

Staff were accommodating. Property was clean and comfortable. Stayed 3 nights. No housekeeping was done which would have been helpful. Could have been policy to not clean rooms that were occupied but not certain. We wasn’t there during the day so there shouldn’t have been any other reason to not at least exchange the towels and empty trash. Pool was small, didn’t use due to there being too many in the pool, but to be expected due to property size and booked to full capacity due to local ball tournaments

Stayed for one night to attend a family wedding. It's in walking distance to Wal-Mart and other shopping/restaurants. Check In was sketchy, because were given someone elses room. But, the clerk apologized and fixed it immediately. I was overall impressed with the room. It was clean and cozy. Although, one of the beds made a weird squeaky noise while sitting on it. The bathroom had 4 sets of linen. I loved that because I'm never given enough. The breakfast smelled and looked good, but we didnt eat it. My only suggestions would be an upgraded elevator, it was loud and stopped roughly. Also more lighting by the elevator on the 2nd floor.

I've stayed here before and it was perfectly fine. This past stay was not as great as the first one in terms of cleanliness. Area is fine, feels fairly safe, and close to the highway and a few restaurants. My room had a 2 liter jug of water on the floor left by either the cleaning staff prior inhabitant. There was some blood stains on one of the pillow cases. My travel partner had to change rooms as there was a lot of hair in his shower. I'm never one to complain but this was less than acceptable in term of cleanliness. I hope it was just an isolated event

For every good point there was 1 or 2 bad. The best part was check-in with Destiny, who honored my request for a room downstairs. Also the lady in charge of Breakfast prep, really worked diligently to have everything setup, hot and ready to go. Sadly, some guests ate so much that items were simply out of stock by 9 a.m.

Got there at 3:30pm...check in starts at 3:00pm. Told me my room was not ready....I should leave and call back in an hour. I did no want to drive any longer so stayed in parking lot; when I called an hour later nobody answered. Went inside & was told that they did not have the room type that I asked for. I can not climb over a tub for a shower. They said that they had no other rooms...when booked thru a third party...you get what you get. Tho other Hampton Inns that I have stayed at have been perfect. The room looked like it had not been cleaned tub was dirty, bathroom floor was dirty & had trash on it. Food was left in refridgerator. So I paid $400 and could not take a shower for 3 days....

This Hampton Inn is in need of a thorough cleaning and updating. We often stay at Hampton Inns because they are reliable, but this one was a disappointment. The buffet breakfast was not up to par either.

Confirmed with the location for calling on arrival date early check in. Day of check in hotel refused early time and informed pool out of service. Cancelled reservation and moved to neighbor competitor with friendly staff, immediate check in and lovely pool. I will not be using Hampton Inn afain

The entrance was such a mess we didn’t even check in. The flower beds were all weeds the bushes were overgrown and not trimmed. I could only imagine what the rooms looked like. Not to Hampton or my standards

What I am upset about with the Facilities is the Pool. I honestly rented based off the first pic that pops up for this property of the pool. I wanted to swim the morning of check out but the pool is drained and closed. That is a misrepresentation of the deal that I purchased. Not once was I notified about the pool.

We were very disappointed with our stay. They advertise a pool and the first thing out of the mouth of the front desk is,"The pool is out of order". From the looks of it the pool has been out of order for a long time. It is half drained and the undrained half is green. The first thing I noticed was the hall carpet was stained. The room smelled bad. The floor was stained. The shower curtain was mildewed and the shower was clogged. Breakfast was good and staff was kind.
