Front desk person Wendy was very helpful with check in do to room not being ready yet. Was told it would be a 30 minute delay. However by the time we returned with bags the room was ready. She was very patient with me due me have a headache from driving.

I travel to Pellcity Al every month to see my granddaughter. I have stayed at the Hampton for the last several years. I will say I will now stay at the Holiday Inn express now. This is the best hotel I’ve ever travel to and experience!

Room never got cleaned properly. Toilet not cleaned. Towels not replaced.

The lobby is frsh, bright, clean & friendly. The night clerk was helpful, friendly & courteous. The beds & pillows were very comfy...not too hard & not to soft! The room was clean. The coffee pods were great! The breakfast was hot & delicious. The breakfast area coffee was absolutely superb!

The woman who checked us in (I dont recall her name) was great. She went above and beyond to help us with an unusual check in. Very helpful and professional.

The parking is woefully inadequate for the number of rooms. Had to park in the Wal-Mart parking lot.

Customer service was excellent! I’ve never had any problems with this hotel and I stay here around 3-4 times a year. This time there was a few cleanliness issues but nothing too extreme. A few crumbs in fridge that weren’t wiped out. The bathroom sink had a few spots of something that was stuck to it and needed to actually be scrubbed to come off. A towel had some type of crusty something stuck to it that grossed me out but I got another one and it was no biggie. All in all I’ll still go back to this hotel.

We were here for a baseball tournament, everything was good except we have a pending charge for a whole other stay. No one could fix it for us and my husband felt like he was getting the run around. The power went out one day and the elevator the next day. Breakfast was good. Just beware if you have a problem it may not get fixed.

We booked this hotel because they had a pool however the pool was not open and we had to go to another hotel to swim.

The Hotel was very nice and the staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms had a odor in them. I had a friend who also rented a room and he stated that his room also had a odor.

The check in clerk was so friendly, informative and knowledgeable. There was an elderly woman working the breakfast buffet who was just so sweet! I'm sorry I didn't get their names so they could be thanked for their service.

My bathroom had not been cleaned when I checked in. I told the front desk, and they said it couldn't be cleaned that day, but they would send someone to clean it the following day, but they never did. The customer service is awful and the fact that they are okay with their guests saying multiple nights in a room with a dirty bathroom is unacceptable.
