This was a smaller room, but it was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed was comfortable.

It was very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Nice & clean room. I would definitely stay there again.

I had scheduled on line and called the property due to the fact I was traveling and would be a late arrival between 3 - 4 am. When we arrived I went inside and stood at the desk for approximately 5 minutes. There was NOBODY at the desk nor came to the desk. I then went outside moved my car and grabbed my luggage and returned to the lobby and stood at the desk. I called the phone # for the hotel multiply times and let it ring, still no person came to the desk. I then called the reservation line and a lady answered I told her my situation and she put me on hold and she called the hotel multiple times, she let it ring and never returned to the call. Finally after approx. 45 min a lady came to the desk stating she had no clue we were there and she does not answer the phone at night. This is ridiculous....the safety of this hotel, the employee never gave her name nor did she apologize. I would NOT recommend this hotel. A complaint to Hotels.com will be filed. A complaint to La Quinta will be filed. A complaint to the BBB will be filed. By the way I am 22 not a great experience for my 1st trip.

This was a great hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. I will definitely stay here again.

I’ve been traveling for decades and throughout all this I’ve relied many times on La Quinta and again they have delivered with making my travel as easy as possible.

Was okay

very average hotel, the rooms smelled and felt damp and the AC did not work well until we moved the big curtains away from the vent, after that we had a nice cool room. other than that it was clean and quiet. no other issues, would stay again!

We have stayed here multiple times over the past several years. So obviously worth the repeat stay as there are many hotels in same locations—and we have tried some of them. But the post Covid world has changed everything. Although basic room cleanliness is good- it is not great. Drapes, windows and floors need attention. As does cleaning the high ceiling of resident spider webs. Staff is friendly, kind and helpful. All in all it’s Worth the price you pay and better than other local options.

Could use a little pick me up. Looks like this hotel is used a lot. Did not like the cleaning chemical smells.

The hotel is in a great location. It's part of a hotel row in Grove City, with plenty of options for shopping and dining. The access to the interstate highway is a block away, and it's a 10 minute drive to downtown Columbus. The hotel was pretty good. Good breakfast (with real eggs and sausage) and the room is cleaned daily. Good TV options and the internet service was good enough for me to do my work in the hotel room. Pool is for kids only and the weight room is bare minimum. The staff was civil and polite. If I'm in the area, I would stay there again.

It seemed to be in a safe area with lots of other hotels. The parking lot was clean and maintained, the lobby was clean and welcoming and the room was clean. We had no issues. The staff were very friendly and professional.

The hotel was clean but run down. The sink was cracked, there was peeling paint and the shower head was about 358 years old. The breakfast seemed closed at 10:40 am And the entire hotel was filled with teenagers (probably some event) Price is high for what it is.

We really enjoyed our stay felt very safe and all staff was very nice and the kids really enjoyed the pool. We will be back again.

Have stayed here before. The rooms are very nice & spacious. The continental breakfast is delicious.

Definitely would not suggest this property. The floors are filthy walking on them. My feet were black as all get out we got a room with two queen beds and a fold out sofa. The fold out sofa was broke the hotel staff didn't make any accommodations with that basically said we had to deal with it and when we woke up the next morning, the room smelled like mold and now we are sick.

When I checked in … at 3 front desk person very rude not friendly at all … come to find out HE was the manager … they have to do better I won’t stay here again only because of the way I was treated upon check in…. Had 2 rooms… thought I had found a new hotel chain…I can go to motel 6 and be treated better.. that bad.. employees say it all depends on his mood?

Spent the night en route across the country. Nice breakfast, comfortable beds and room. The room was spacious. Had a good hot breakfast.
